Improvement needed
On the way there, I called around 30 minutes before arriving, as instructed on the booking confirmation, but there was no answer. When I arrived, I explained that I needed to be at the airport by 9:30 am. Unfortunately, after waiting 35 minutes, I didn't arrive at the airport until 9:45 am.
On my return to England, I again had difficulty contacting anyone by phone. After several attempts, I was finally able to get in touch via text message.
I would use this service again, as the overall experience was good. However, I would strongly recommend improving the telephone contact service, as not being able to reach anyone caused unnecessary stress during both journeys.
