This is the first time I have used this…

This is the first time I have used this company. I ordered yesterday about 1230 , and my swa cable , glands and cleats were delivered today before 12. Superb delivery time, very well informed with updates. It was a great price as well. Highly recommend

First Class after sales support.

I purchased 25m of Artic Blue cable from Quickbit. Unfortunately the cable was damaged in transit. When I eventually opened the package to fit, I noticed the damage through the sheath into the neutral cable, this was approx 10 days after delivery. I thought customer service would not entertain my request for replacement due to the timeline. I was wrong they were very helpful and replaced the cable without any hassle. The service team sent out the cable by express courier so there was minimal delay. All communications with the customer service team were positive and supportive. On my experience I would thoroughly recommend using Quick bits and I will do again in the future. Thank You.

Placed an order

Placed an order, waited a few days and bingo didn't turn up, so chased asking for a manager. Told it was rerouted and not there problem. So I emailed asking for a manager to call me urgent as I had rebooked the client one more time.
A email response, basically was we'll refund after wasting over a week of your time. Great, so Monday morning called them, the attitude was, tough luck. Don't care and the warehouse supervisor says, we don't have time to call customers when orders go wrong and neither do non existent managers, who don't work Fridays or Mondays. He then hung up the phone, so we wont be using a supplier who has loads of customers and no managers, and just thinks all orders are a gift from God. Well you risk next order, if it goes wrong don't expect help or sympathy for screwing up your working week.and just to rub salt in the wound the sale rep guy just canceled my order without my authority. So I dare you to risk upsetting these suppliers for a good service, see them waste ur time and money. Wonderful staff attitude.

Ordered 2pm, delivered by 10am next day!!!

Brilliant service. Ordered cable and accessories for a last minute job in work late in the PM and received it all by 10am the next day!!

Cheaper than CEF, Rexel and TLC. What more could you ask for.

Soo slow (standard fast) delivery with awful post sales support

Don't be fooled their - fast delivery is so sloooooooo and their customer care is rubbish.

I chose this lot because of their delivery times. Paid just under £6 for their 'fast' standard delivery

11th June 21 (Sunday) - Ordered cable & bits
12th They called because they didn't have the parts. So you can't trust their online ordering system. I accepted the change without delay because I was in a rush
14th (2 days later) Armouredcable.net tell me that they have completed processing my order. So that took 3 days! On the plus side DX Express confirmed they had my order for delivery but still within the large timeframe I gave this lot to send some cable
15th Getting tight for installation now but relieved when DX (SoSLOW) Express promised delivery that day. I waited in all day but they didn't turn up but instead just updated at 1859 to say that they hadn't bothered to deliver and the cable was back in their shipping process. I had no choice but to cancel my electrician for next day install 4 days after the 'fast' delivery was booked and 3 days after I spoke with them
16th DX SoSlow Express promised delivery again. The shock is that they actually delivered the cable on that day

Since then I have written to ArmouredCable.net or quickbit.co.uk whichever they are calling themselves today. I hoped that they would care about the mess up that this delivery was.

Instead they tell me that my expectations are too high. "Where on the website have you seen a 'promised' delivery date? We've purposely changed our delivery terms stating that we strive for next-day delivery, however on rare occasions, it might be 2 working days, so as not to mislead our customers.”

My experience is that they have a cheap and rubbish delivery company so they don't deliver on time, rarely deliver in 2 days more like 5, they disappoint their customers and when those customers complain their customer services ask 'whats your problem'

I'm telling anyone who'll listen to order from someone who gives a damn

Would 100% recommend to all.

The guys at QuickBit were extremely helpful and had great knowledge in order to best advise me on my order. I have had nothing short of excellent experiences from using their services and they have been professional on all fronts. I am now using QuickBit as my go-to wholesaler for all my electrical needs.

Slow response

Excellent

Excellent, fast, friendly service, however I have one issue, SWA cable coiled up with sellotape, it may be convenient and cheap but this leaves a mark on the cable from the adhesive every metre or so which looks terrible on a newly installed cable all for the cost of a couple of cables ties or even a roll of insulating tape which does not leave dirty marks on the cable and I'm sure one roll will amply do many, many coils before running out, please tell your staff to stop using sellotape and provide them with and allow them to at least use insulating tape which leaves no marks on a brand new cable
