Top notch trading…

I have bought and sold with Quickbitcoin several times in the past few years
and have been impressed with the speed and efficiency in which transactions have been carried out.

Dreadful Service.

You would think that a company such as this would actually want your business right? Think again with this one. I have been trying to get verified for over a week now. Iv'e shown them photo ID. Show them my Government issued medical card and shown them my Tax Credits award. all these things have my name and address on them, with my driving licence clearly having my face on it. They asked me to show them a photograph containing my face, account number (which they had sent me) written on A4 paper next to my face and my ID next to the other side of my face. This I also did. To comply with their rules regarding registration they only verify after phoning an applicant up and speaking directly with them. Did they do this after all the palava I went through to get registered? No. I have not received any phone call from them. Why don't they leave a message asking to be given a phone call back? My phone registers no message of a missed call from them and it looks like they want me to start the process all over again. Enough is enough, if they can't be bothered to leave a message, I can't be bothered to restart my verification. A complete and utter waste of time.

Ok, I have received a reply to the above 18/02/18 and feel I need to respond. First of all, I never said I couldn't be bothered to re-submit my verification, I said
"Enough is enough, if they can't be bothered to leave a message, I can't be bothered to restart my verification". Surely if this company phones you it can only be the simplest request (should you be unable to answer the phone), for them to ask you to phone them back. Although it was 5 days before I sent further information as they requested, there was a weekend included within this time so it was 3 business days before I got back to them. Although I do believe they never phoned me back in the first place. Quickbitcoin asked me for additional information and had me send a photograph with my face, account number and driving licence all shown clearly. They never informed me why the original information was not good enough. Finally, I cannot find a users verification page, they don't have a site map, at least not one that I can find.

Instead of moaning about bad reviews, they should address the problems and look forward to supplying a better service in the future. With this in mind my original conclusion remains the same.

The circumstances behind this review are that this reviewer registered for an account on Wed 7th Feb 2018. We responded same day asking him to upload an additional photo. We need this before performing the callback as it is part of the verification documentation. They didn't upload this until 5 days later on the 12th Feb by which time the verification is automatically treated as expired by our computer system. The reason for this is that it is not uncommon for people to register and then not follow through and given high level of demand for new accounts we need to prune the active queue. When a registration is expired it clearly states that on the user verification page and says that you need to send a message to support to restart verification. Had they sent that message then this issue would have been promptly resolved. In this case, in the reviewer's own words they "can't be bothered" to do this but feel somehow this is because of our "dreadful service".

In summary, to ensure that everything runs smoothly in the verification process you simply need to follow the process requested by us. In the event of a query then do drop a support ticket and we will follow up timely to assist you.
