I moved to Quickbitcoin from Coinbase…
I moved to Quickbitcoin from Coinbase because after three small purchases Coinbase suddenly reduced my buy weekly limit to tiny amounts and I could not contact them by email or phone. Quickbitcoin on the other hand is a UK based brokerage who are easily contactable by email and phone. I found them to be very helpful and quick to respond when I had a technical issue, and would highly recommend them. Easy to use purchase system and the bitcoins came through to my wallet minutes later.

Incredibly fast
Incredibly fast. 23:20 BST Sat and the BTC blockchain accepted the transfer within an hour. You don't get this kind of speed anywhere else. Why would anyone want to wait 5 days ? So worth the difference in the exchange rate, Everyone's gotta get paid, right ? I'd give this 6 stars if I could.

Thanks to a productive phone conversation...
Late last week I had a problem with a transaction and then had some confusion with related Email correspondence, from that I did write a review which reflected my feelings at the time.
This morning I had a phone conversation with a member of the support team and all is now resolved. As it turned out QuickBitcoin had honored their part of the transaction and the fault was with my software which needed an update. I now have my Bitcoin balance where it ought to be.
With this in mind the right thing to do is to withdraw my previous comments and replace with the above. Thank you QuickBitcoin with your support this morning :)
