Update - just had a message from Trust pilot following feedback from QuickDNA asking me to remove the names of the company representative. HOWEVER, they have not responded to my request for a refund. Absolute joke!! This is now with the fraud team of Mastercard.

Finally received a refund after having used the Charge Back facility via Mastercard. Quick DNA tried disputing it, even though their T&Cs clearly state my entitlement to a refund within 30 days.
Please DO NOT use this company!!!

I Have bought the quick test DNA on february 4 2023.
Miracously, my mother acknowledged me without make te test and I sent back it with DHL courier and delivered on february 14 2023.
But quickDNA seller had not refund me. Never.
So you don't buy from this seller becouse they are thief! Trickster!
