I've used Quicken to track and manage my finances for over 20 years. There is no better tool for me to manage my finances, from banking accounts to investments and real estate holdings.

Still too buggy. However, Customer Support was excellent and helped to fix many of my issues.

I have been having trouble with Quicken being stored on the One Drive and have called and no one is ever available for assistance. For what I am paying, you should have better customer service!

1. After painfully reconciling everything, with the next update everything returns to some previous version. 2. Seems the downloads are not complete and I have to hand enter items.
3. It has become so time intensive in maintaining that I am considering ending my membership after all these years.

Need improvements in Rental Property Areas. Shows pending transactions, need an option to enter them.

It just seems to work reliably. Real updates occur regularly. Organization of all spending by categories and exporting data to be imported into TurboTax is a godsend for people paying income taxes.

Not user friendly. Have to go into Tools to often to do anything. What happened to the icon to write checks?

This financial software is great. I been a customer for over 20 years.

I don't know how many times I have to communicate this info and it seemingly goes nowhere and I never get any follow up. I have been using quicken since 1994, my data file is quite large, however I can't be the only quicken user with a similar scenario. My software runs so slowly its almost at the point where I am ready to quit using Quicken

I've used Quicken since 1992 and ecord everything financial. It is a great way to track exensed and income. Especially at tax time. Go Quicken.

Always trying to sell more. I get messages almost daily. I though I was purchasing a complete package

I'm really disappointed with Quicken. Over the years we've been paying for the software, it has become more unreliable and features we used have been removed. Bugs don't seem to get fixed but the annual fee goes up. We consistently report transaction download errors that are never responded to nor fixed. We have to spend hours correcting mistakes and adding transactions that the software won't download.

Quicken does a great job of making it easy to keep up with both my bank checkbook, investments and income taxes.

Easy to use, great reports and breakouts.

Quicken is professionally staffed and managed. Reliable. Product is straight forward and can be customized by the user to fit my needs.
