Simple software that does everything I need as a small business

Been using QuickFile and have been really impressed. It’s simple to use, genuinely helpful, and easy to customise to suit the way you work. Perfect for a startup, giving you everything you need without overcomplicating things, and it has plenty of room to grow as your business expands. I’d definitely recommend it.

User friendly and does allow room for an external accountant to have a look at the books of the company at a very niche rates.

This was a different format to the previos system that i used. I habe now been using quick file for about a year, now that i uave got used to it, I find it veey easy to use from both laptop and phone. My main lile about it is that it is so simple to mark an invoice as paid, from my phone.. Quotes and invoices are also easy and simple to produce.

very helpful support, Steve is quick to respond and largely resolves issues immediately. however, i have needed the support, as the information provided online isn't always easy to understand without help. i don't know if there is a way to make the instructions a bit simpler/more accessible.

Fantastic for a small non-profit like mine. Free and provided absolutely everything I require. Easy to use, though could perhaps do with a slight makeover and modernisation in terms of appearance. Functionally though I have no complaints.

This software is outstanding! It has multiple features to help with bookkeeping and is much more user-friendly than the ones you see advertised on TV. It sounds a bit childish, but things are colour coded, rather than being in "corporate colours". That means you can tell int an instant what's good (green) and what's not so good (red). Electronic invoicing and payment options are a breeze and you can also use it for Making Tax Digital (if that's applicable to your business). Awesome!

Simple to use, useful reports at your fingertips. Great for year end taxes. Everything visible in one place. I am self employed and Quickfile is perfect for me.

I have found QuickFile perfect for producing invoices and estimates. I don't use it for maintaining a set of accounts but from what experience I have had of it, I imagine it would be good at that too. Personally, I find it very intuitive and flexible. I would definitely recommend trying it to see how you get along.

This was great to be able to try it free for a year to see if it suited my needs.

I am enjoying using this software however I would prefer some lessons to help me use this more effectively. Right now, I'm feeling my way around (it's not terrible and I've definitely managed) but I would love it if there were more 'how to' video's etc as I would like to run all of my business through this, but not that confident (yet) :-)

Great affordable accounting software for people starting out in their businesses

What has impressed me most is the support team who have always responded quickly and helpfully.
Quickfile is an excellent product particularly if you work in multi-currencies. Now set-up I find every question I have easily answered using AI. The one downside is their emailing that is not working well with googlemail and QF have given no indication when this will be improved.

I am new to using any sort of digital accounts and have found this simple enough to learn to use.
