Chris made sure to guide me through the whole process from the start to finish which made for a very relaxed and laid back experience for me. Chris was very helpful throughout the whole process and guided me through every single step very thoroughly. He advised me on all the documents that were needed for the application and ensured everything was done well ahead of time and managed to get me a biometrics appointment with the embassy much sooner than I had expected. He was always readily available to help answer any queries or doubts I had which made for a very smooth overall experience. 10/10 would recommend
