I have used QuickHostUK for a couple of years now. The VPS I purchased has been extremely reliable and service has been surprising good.

When I’ve needed it, the customer service has always been quick, efficient, and effective. Its only ever taken me minutes to get issues sorted. I’ve never had this sort of service from other VPS hosting providers at this pricepoint.

We have been in the software agency business for a long period now and in the time we have used many hosting providers and options but none has come close to Quickhost on almost all metrics. We recently moved form one of the supposedly big players to Quickhost and the experience has been amazing.

The customer support gets a special mention. When we were setting up, We were a little lost on where to find some key information and support offered to call us up and walk us through step by step. This felt like they truly care for their clients The price for their services and products are fair and competitive.

Prior to moving, we used to get regular maintenance downtimes on our hosting package which was odd but we have so far enjoyed 100% Uptime with Quickhost.

For anyone out there hunting for a cloud partner or not happy with their existing one, I cannot recommend Quickhost enough.

I have been a QuickHostUK customer for about 2.5 year. The VPS has been extremely reliable, service has been impressively prompt and competent. Given how little I pay for this, I'm amazed how well they are doing.

More importantly - usually the IP addresses that you get from a hoster like this are all blacklisted and overrun with spammers. Not so here - that alone is remarkable.

I have used QHUK for years, started with a basic plan and then when I started a new project needing a more advanced server I knew exactly where I would be going. the team helped me with implementation and some IT bits I thought I knew (but didn't), any thing that comes up, I get a real human answer sometimes in minutes with a decent response.
