Diligent and polite response from Quickhost.
The team at Quickhost were quick to respond when there was a migration hitch. It was a large mailbox and a couple of glitches occurred but the team diligently and very politely resolved the difficulty and everything is up and running. I am the first to understand that things can go wrong but it is the response by the supplier that is important. Quickhost responded diligently.

QuickHost is actually Quick!
Firstly I would like to thank everyone at quickhost for their support and friendliness sometimes you have to remember you are paying for a service and with that service comes a smile and a cunning team of people ready to help others learn, I started with other hosts but I took a gamble with QuickHost, something that caught my eye was Quick in the title not often you get a quick host no pun intended, while ive had VPS's and other servers I decided to try a dedicated server out, while there was issues this was due to me being new, when I asked for help I was greeted with open arms and not treated differently QuickHost is not just a host, its somewhere where you can build your experience with servers and develop your long lasting skills, you have a wide range of services within QuickHost from web hosting to full racks, within 2 months I have moved over to buying my own server and Co-Locating within QuickHost and could not be happier, are you on the edge of wanting to buy and not? well give it a go because it certainly worked out for me and I will never be able to go back now. The whole team at DKInstitutions thanks you for the simple switch over from Dedicated to Colo we can not leave a good enough review.

The order referenced was for a high-value fully managed service and requested to be set up on direct debit. As part of our standard security and anti-fraud checks for higher-risk orders, we attempted to verify the request directly with the organisation named on the order.
During this verification, the organisation confirmed they were not aware of the order, so it was cancelled to prevent any potential misuse. No service was provisioned, and the direct debit was reversed.
These checks are in place to protect organisations and customers from unauthorised orders. If this was a genuine order, we would be happy to discuss it directly with an authorised representative using an official organisational contact address.

Thanks for your continued feedback, though we note this is another review submitted under a different email address.
As explained several times, all of your orders are being automatically cancelled by our fraud screening system, and no services were ever activated. You then continue to send us €1 EUR by bank transfer, which is not the correct amount or currency for our £1 GBP trial offer.
We have offered to refund the payment to the original bank account, as required by our policies and regulations. However, you have refused to provide the bank details needed for this refund and instead requested payment to a PayPal account, which we cannot do for security and compliance reasons.
Please stop sending further 1 EUR bank transfers, as no service can be provided, and refunds cannot be made via PayPal.

Your order was automatically flagged as high risk by our payment processor (Stripe) and reversed before we even received the funds. One factor was that it was placed using a prepaid Mastercard, which is uncommon for genuine UK business purchases and a common trigger for fraud checks.
No money was taken, no service was activated, and you were not charged. Our fraud prevention measures are in place to protect both our customers and our business from potential abuse.
We also note that you operate your own UK hosting brand, and your public review history shows you have left negative reviews exclusively for other hosting companies. While you are entitled to your opinion, we believe this is important context for others reading your review.

To clarify: your payment of €1.20 arrived via international bank transfer but fell short of the £1.00 invoice total, likely due to currency conversion and bank fees. As our system requires invoices to be paid in full before activation, we were unable to activate the service.
We offered to refund the payment directly back to the originating bank account, which is our standard and required process for handling bank transfer refunds. Unfortunately, we cannot issue a refund to a PayPal account in a different name for compliance and anti-money laundering reasons.
We remain happy to return your payment once the bank transfer details are provided.
