Not quickie and not good

I instructed Quickie Divorce to carry out a very simple task. To put an agreement reached in mediation into a consent order. One year later I have decided to pay a solicitor to do the job.

First of all, the questionnaire is technically flawed. I have had to save the same information several times. I was asked about the information on endless occasions because the data would not save. Whenever I asked to speak to someone to give them all the figures on the phone they insisted in charging a consultation fee.

Fast forward several months (they did take several weeks to draft the order) and I get a text that must have been written by a careless 15-year-old. There were both factual and grammatical errors (this is a document to be sent to Court and it had countless typos!) and when I pointed out every single mistake to them they just replied that there will be an admin fee to amend the documents. I requested to be sent the forms in an editable version so I can correct the mistakes myself. Still waiting. Customer services said they would call me yesterday. Still waiting.

A proper solicitor is now doing the work this lot should have concluded "quickly".

In conclusion: an utter waste of time and money.

Edit after reply: nobody got in touch. I left a meeting because they said they would call at a certain time and four days later I’m still waiting. The alternative service I used, Family Law Consultant, charged me the same price to review and correct the mess Quicky Divorce made. It took them three days and they do a brilliant job.

Horrendious! They simply wont get back to you. If they do, the delay will be days. I'm still waiting for log in details and so far ive had to chase and chase. The last reply took them 9 days to respond. They then sent links that do not work and no temporary password despite saying it would arrive in the next email. I would avoid like the plague!

This has been going on for a long time now keep being told a refund has been processed still had nothing who ever is replying on here is lying all previous messages

My experience was awful. They lied regarding their charges and when I complained that they were not giving the service I agreed to, they pretty much said tough. I was refused a refund. They caused me so much stress, it made me ill. As far as I am concerned they conned me out of my money - money I could not afford. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

This has been a shocking service! I paid for the top end divorce package which included a Clean Break. My Final Order was granted, and I assumed that the Clean Break was also sorted. I found out through a friend of mine that this wasn't the case! Quickie Divorce has left me wide open to my Ex husband coming after my property and assets, and I was totally unaware! I have sent several emails chasing this, and was told my case was on hold because Clean Break were waiting for some answers that I have provided them with 3 times to date! This still remains unresolved and has left me vulnerable. People using this package should be made aware that they will end up doing most of the work! Very poor and disappointing. I would not recommend.
