Quicklister helped us get an offer in just a few days!

Have recently used Quicklister for the first time and found it to be a pretty seamless process. My property was listed on the major portals within a few hours and has received a great response (we’ve already received an offer!). Communication and support were fab too. Would highly recommend.

The future of private property selling

Fantastic service that does what it says on the tin. You create an ad, and moments later, it's on all the property websites. Update any time you want, and it pushes the changes straight to the ad.

Simple to use and great customer service. I sent them a few messages on Whatsapp and got quick responses. It's a hell of a lot cheaper than the likes of PurpleBricks and doesn't insist on tacking on unnecessary add-ons which rack up the price.

Long have the high street estate agents held a monopoly on access to these websites - but no more. I see Quicklister revolutionising the way homeowners sell their properties.

I had a fantastic experience using the Quicklister service. It is by far one of the best and most affordable ways to sell your house. The whole process was simple, straightforward, and stress-free from start to finish.

The platform makes it incredibly easy to get your property listed quickly while still reaching a wide audience of potential buyers. Everything was clearly explained, and the support along the way was excellent.

What really stood out was the value for money. Compared to traditional estate agents, Quicklister offers a much more affordable option without compromising on the quality of the service.

If you’re looking for an efficient, cost effective, and hassle free way to sell your home, I would highly recommend Quicklister. An excellent service all round! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

If you can DIY the marketing of your home - Do it!

I’ve been really impressed with Quicklister. The platform is straightforward, efficient and makes the whole process of listing and managing property far easier than doing everything manually. What stands out most is how much time it saves while still giving you full control over your listing.

It’s a great option for anyone who wants a more flexible way to market their property without relying entirely on traditional estate agents. The system is easy to use, well thought out and clearly built with the user in mind. Highly recommended.

I wanted to save costs on Selling my…

I wanted to save costs on Selling my shared ownership property and honestly felt like a lot of estate agents where not that knowledge of the shared ownership process, and I wanted to deal with the buyers directly. So after many hours of research I found the quicklister website. I got a discount code off a website called propertyinvestmentproject. I must say there is some really valuable information on the blog if you search for it online . For a 3 month listing I think I paid around £260. I compared quick lister to other similar online selling platforms and there's was the cheapest and easiest to use. I found the online platform easy to use and upload images of my property . If I had any questions my emails where answered quickly by the staff at quick lister. The property appears on all the main selling sites rightmove ect . You get messages or calls from potential buyers . You have to do the job of the estate agent so arranging viewings , making sure the buyers has mortgage agreement in principle , ID checks and proof of savings ect which was easy for me. It’s not difficult to know the process . However if your looking for someone else to do all the viewings and admin and communicate with interested parties then you may want the traditional estate agent. I was confident in the process and happy to save myself hundreds of pounds . My first viewing was my buyer, that been said the property was in popular location and very affordable for first time buyers. I did my own photos using an iPhone and choose not to have a sales board . The only things I paid for independently was the EPC( energy performance certificate ).
Make sure you and your buyer both have good experienced solicitors especially with shared ownership and leasehold properties it really does matter. I would definitely use quicklister again.
Only thoughts are maybe if you where selling a higher value property ( mine was under 100k) would it put off buyers that it is not with a traditional estate agents , that may be something to consider from a buyers prospective. You can really make big savings doing the work yourself and selling your own property .

Excellent tool to sell Shared Ownership flat

I used Quicklister to support the marketing of my 1 bedroom shared ownership flat in the South East. I paid £269 for the premium package achieving listings on right move and on the market.

I found a buyer within a week! I used chatgpt to help me write the advert.

The online tools were simple to follow to get your ad live. I need some support marking my property sold, quicklister was easy to contact through whatsapp. They responded instantly.

I would highly recommend if you are selling a shared ownership property to use this service. Estate agents were charging me 5.5k to market my property. Quicklister gave me an affordable option.

Amazing platform with quick fast service. Beats high street estate agents any day!
