This guy was perfect... the price quoted was the price paid , on time and very quick , I give this guy 10/10 thank you for helping my when my key snapped in the lock .

My latch lock broke trapping me in the house. Alex arrived within 30 minutes and managed to open the door. He replaced the lock taking great care not to damage the door or the frame. Alex was friendly and professional and talked me through every step of the process. The work was reasonably priced compared to some other quotes. Thank you for coming to my rescue.

Great service. Key got stuck in the door so unable to leave the house. I phoned in the morning and he was with us within half an hour, identified what the problem was straight away and how to fix it. We dealt with a friendly and very competent workman, had the job completed and my door working properly again within an hour and a half. Very professional service, reasonably priced and I would highly recommend.

Speedy response. Didn't habe a part woth him but came back when he saud he would to finish the job after letting us in. Up fronting pricing. Good result.

Well what can I say, it was like getting in to fort knox but the guy who came never gave up. Such a professional and friendly service with a high level of determination to get the job done with minimal damage. Highly recommend this company.
