I made a provisional enquiry with this company over the weekend. The enquiry was made as a back up if our property did not sell within the requisite timescale. Jerome Bonner one of the client account managers contacted me on Sunday and could not have been more reassuring, helpful and entirely clear on their business practices. Jerome said he would consider our particular situation and get back to me by email later the same day. As good as his word, he sent a succinct and extremely helpful email later that day containing lots of practical and sound advice. Our property did not fit their criteria but nonetheless, Jerome went out of his way to say why and advise the best way forward for us. We would not hesitate to contact this company again in the future and highly recommend Jerome. He was a pleasure to deal with and a credit to the company. Simply exemplary.
I called asking for a quote/offer. I got a call back from a chap who gave the companies offer. I respectfully declined this as it was much much lower than what is acceptable to me. I think this is all very reasonable until this stage. However, once it was declined, this chap began trying to convince me that his offer was the best I would ever get and that I'm wrong to think otherwise. (I've already had higher offers). He then beguns to bad-mouth his competitors and once again try to convince me that everyone else is wrong, except him. Now, I understand that there will be an element of deceit and "lure" tactis with this unregulated market but firstly you cannot begin to bad-mouth and talk rubbish about other companies when you yourself base your offers on the ASKING PRICE of a listing. This in itself is all you need to know about how this company operates to therefore know not to use them. In 5mins I could have my asking price adusted and increase it £20,000 if I wanted to do... as it was already set to that by the estate agent and are you telling me that now, you will suddenly give more because the asking price is now higher? This is a flawed business model. Asking prices cannot be used to determine the value of a property. You need to conduct your own ACTUAL research and determine the value yourself. Shocking service, even worse when they try to convince you of things you know to be false. I would advise using them and use one of their competitors...

UPDATE: In response to the companies comment.
29/06/2023:
Unfortunately you have responded with false information. If your calls are recorded, please go listen to it before advising on what took place on the call. At no point did the guy say "The other company will not pay out their offer based on the current asking price of the property" that was NOT said. What was said, multiple times in fact... is that the other company will not pay out their offer and proceeded to dictate how the company came up with their offer. Furthermore there is a huge difference between providing advice and what took place on this call. It was far beyond advice... You're in no position to dictate what another company will or won't. As you quite rightly said, this is unregulated area therefore, you CAN say whatever you like...but that does not mean you SHOULD. For example, dictating what another company will or won't do...that is unacceptable. Giving advice on what the company COULD do or MIGHT do... and HOW, that is acceptable. This is NOT what took place on the call.
Secondly, you're the first company to advise that they base their price solely on the asking price of a property. All of the ones I have spoken to have asked and based their offers on the VALUE of the property which is most likely why your offer is so low. You need to improve your companies methods. Conduct actual research, carry out a survey if you must, but don't rely on asking prices to dictate the value of a property. As I explained in my original comment, 1 phone call and I could have the asking price (like everyone else) changed to whatever price I want to set.. even if its beyond the value of the property. Are you telling me you will pay out a higher amount if I set my asking price higher? I doubt it...
The methods are flawed... as others have pointed out in their reviews. I also do not need you to tell me not to sign a contract. This is an unregulated market... need I say more??
I strongly urge anyone considering this particular company to look elsewhere...there are better/other options out there.

I contacted Quick Move Now after my original buyer pulled out. They were professional and helpful throughout and Rhys was always available to guide me through what turned out to be a quick hassle free process.
Adam dealt with my enquiry, very efficient, transparent and honest. Would recommend
''Sorry we couldn't possibly market your house higher than the lowest price..'' (published)
The chap is using the lowest published figure on the Zoopla portal as a guide to sell on, which was actually an auction reserve price which never even went to auction in the end, and not a true reflection of current value, undermining my prospects to sell. The whole industry needs an overhaul with this price leveraging nonsense against sellers. Crazy logic. Just couldn't get through to him though that neighboring properties represented the true value.
Tell me.... there is also a price much lower than that from 2002 published right alongside it... are you going to say you couldn't market a property higher than that one too?

Initially everything was explained very well. Then the whole process was quick and effortless on my part - no hassle and efficient. Everything was sorted over the telephone and via email. Everyone was professional, helpful and understanding.
Having researched the cash-buying property market, I contacted Quickmovenow on a Sunday morning. I was astonished to receive a phone call, from a Swindon landline, a few hours later. Jason talked me through the process and a physical valuation was done with a value to buy provided a few days later. Rhys then took over and was very helpful throughout. Although I finally achieved a sale through the original estate agent I had been using, it was always reassuring to know I had a Plan B if needed. Quickmovenow were professional and not pushy - they gave me clear terms of sale and I always felt comfortable contacting them.
Rhys Luke and the team at Quickmove provided an efficient, fast service, remaining true to the original purchase price quoted. Thank you
They were very honest and upfront about what they could offer me. I found them professional and trustworthy.
Very professional, helpful, informative and friendly
I spoke to Jerome in regards to selling my house. Even though I didn't get the offer I was hoping for, he was absolutely 100% honest about how he thought us going down this route wasn't the best idea. Normally I would have expected some sort of scam but he was really honest about not wanting to waste my time which I absolutely appreciated
I know I've put 5 stars on,well it's true, I explained to saymen what my situation was, and he explained price and costs etc.
Although I'm not selling to them,
He was great with his advice, and assured me to go an agent's way,and something will come along.
Thanks for been honest.
And people don't trust Google reviews, only trust reviews on here.
Regards Paul.
Jerome was very helpful and gave an honest response to our query. Unfortunately they were unable to help us with our property but I appreciated the honesty and advice given. Other companies could have ripped us off but I do trust this company and having seen them recommended by Gavin Brazg I would certainly not be afraid to recommend them to others.
Jerome gave me some very helpful, honest advice. It wasn't necessarily what I wanted to hear but what I needed to hear, given in a very professional way I will add - which in this day and age is a very rare thing to experience. Thank you
I have had multiple agents and Scam purchasers over the past 3 years - all of which the estate agents were at fault not carrying out a thorough credibility check of
the perspective "posing" purchaser.
There have been those who are under HMRC surveillance tax avoidance list, those with delay tactics suddenly pulling out and those who do not disclose
their true intent of multiple property offers - delaying purchase on review to select the cheapest and most favourable properrty - leaving the casualties of their exploits.
After reading their reviews I decided after multiple attempts to sell our property to try Quick Move Now. They were very prompt in resopnding to my initial online request for a quotation. The response was within the hour by Mr Jerome Bonner - the accounts manager who was polite and listened very carefully to my overall property description and summary of reasons why I made representaions the quickmovenow. He then done some research and emaileds back explaining politely trhe reasons for their declined to make any offer to purchase ?.
Upon reflection I decided to leave this review for those in difficult situations.
1. In my opinion, they may be helpful but for obvious reasons selective as to where the property is and how easy and quick they can purchase and remarket/sell the property on themselves or via through whatever agents they enlist. All at a significant proffit.
2. The current national/global economic crisis is turbulant, recovery and stability is far from view. I am sure IMO many people may feel forced to result to drastic measures and go for a quick sale via sites such as this.
As Quick Move advised, (which I conduct anyway), do your research on the prospective purchasers background via; land registry - companies house - CRB check etc.
ALL property agents are there, IMO seemingly for the client?
Their business is to "make money". Sometimes through our weaknesses.
Seek advice from someone you can trust!

QuickMoveNow were good to communicate with, very honest, measured and straightforward, also giving guidance even when there was no business in it for them. This is to be appreciated.
I put a request in online assuming it was a quick check and offer. They called me 4 times a day for the next week until I blocked their number when they finally sent an email stating they would offer us less than 70% of the value. Would definitely avoid.

Our dealings were all done through Rhys who could not have been more helpful, always polite and very friendly.
The whole process was quick and efficient
there was a short delay in the timescale for completion but I feel this was down to the solicitors used but after speaking to Rhys it moved on at a pace and we have now completed.
Once again thank you Rhys.
Great professional service from rhys and Jennifer 😃
Looking forward to working together again soon.

Dealt with Rhys Luke, thoroughly recommend anyone who does not wish to get caught up in the hassle of selling property in the UK nanny socialist state to contact these guys. They make everything so easy & while you might lose a bit on the sale, its worth it compared to the the hassle of dealing with govt employees over searches etc.
