Having control and more to point the facts, as you get to deal with buyer direct, (no 'he said.. she said') in my 35 years this was the most straight forward and ran to time sale I've dealt with. I'll use them for all future sales, to many out there proporting 'selling a house is difficult', some cars sell for more, with out any of the hassle..... perhaps to many involved in traditional 'high street' sale!
