Amazing customer service, clean and dry storage spaces for a low price with refunded unused days. Very short term notice before needing the unit was not an issue at all as well!

All in all couldn't be happier with the service I got :)

I needed storage on a Saturday morning. Called Quickstore and they were very helpful and I arranged to visit them an hour later. The staff were polite and efficient and in no time I was storing belongings in a secure unit. I made use of the out-of-hours access over the rest of the weekend to fill the unit. Ended up keeping the unit occupied for nearly a couple of months and when empty I was given a pro-rata refund of the time I had paid for but not used.
This wasn't the cheapest self-storage I've ever used, but the security I felt was very good (CCTV, alarms) and the out-of-hours access via security codes to open the gates and shutters was very useful.
Based on my experience, I would recommend Quickstore.

We moved the contents of our 3-bedroomed house to Quickstore Exeter and are then gradually moving them to our new house in Devon. From the first contact, the gentleman at Quickstore have been helpful and supportive. In fact, they have gone out of their way to help us with other logistics (where to put the 2nd car) and even offered to fill up our flasks of coffee for the van journey back to Norfolk. The facilities, access and storage at Quickstore are very good (we had used another national storage company in Norwich). I would not hesitate to recommend Quickstore Exeter and to commend the Manager and one other employee especially for providing the best customer service I have encountered in 20 years. What a great welcome to Devon! Thank you.

I found staff welcoming and kind and was very grateful for being able to feel they were present in the building when I attended. This helped greatly to alleviate the terror of being trapped and lost in amongst all the corridors and containers - and with needing to be able to be calm enough to manage inadvertent mistakes during coded and alarmed access and exit arrangements.

Had nowhere to store my belongings. Found Quickstore who were very helpful. Stored my belongings for 3 months. Was convenient as I could access my storage locker 24/7. Would highly recommend.

They were very professional, and allowed me access 24 hours.

If you wait for the right time in the year you may find good offers on normal prices.

Easy to get to by car, and a good secure car park area. Nice large shutter doors to get access to main building and good CCTV for security.

Office space also available to hire in very modern clean setting.

They were always nice to me.

Does have (and nice too) toilets, but not available after staff leave, unless you have rented an office and then you get 24 access to loo if you are there. But storage customers have no loo out of working hours. However if you are "caught short"; at the top of the road, by the main roundabout, is a Texaco garage with loo's food and a coffee machine, and (a bit harder to get to) a second public loo at the back of a garage in the same area as Holiday Inn.

Two supermarkets very close. Lidls and Waitrose. Quickstore is very clean, and loading and access to lockers easy, and has three trolleys you can use.

Also has a mail box service, which you can rent standalone,- you don't need to rent locker space. You get your own box with a key at a very good price.

Helpful staff offering very flexible and accessible secure storage facility. Stored there for years and would recommend Quickstores to anyone.
