ordered a test. website did not say that it was out of stock or anything. it was taking a really long time for the package to be sent so i contact customer service. apparently the test was out of stock. test took probably 2-3month to actually arrive. not quick at all. the test was saliva test and the saliva collecting sponge was kinda small so i had to put it in my mouth and take it out of mouth probably 5-10 times. also the instructions were not optimal. they should be a bit more in depth to get more accurate result. like it never said if i should eat or fast for the test and i know for this specific test that does change the test results. price is good. lab result seems fairly accurate. i think people complain about the accuracy might be doing these tests incorrectly. overall not the best experience but for the price i would probably get an other one if i needed it again.

Got multimeter X6 with cholesterol tests as a gift. Tested around 5 times through the year. It showed around 1,3 units too much cholesterol, confirmed with hospital blood test in same morning. advertising says difference should be around + -7%. I think 1,3 units is too much.I have sended two messages to seller without getting any answer after two months.

I ordered and paid for some test. They told me it was shipped 10 days ago, but it never arrived and they do not reply back on my emails. You would think that tracking was available 7 days after shipping sweden to Denmark. So I guess that money is out the Window. I hope that others will see this and avoid loosing money as I did. I did suddenly after 2 weeks receive my order, but still no reply on my emails. So changed from 1 to 3 stars

Not at all “quick” still waiting for my order…. Also funny fact at the same day ordered some stuff from temu (china) the goods already camed😂😂😂 . Total disappointment my post app still showing that sender just informed about package is it will come or not the one god knows. Highly not recommend this place.

No reply, faulty test.

I bought a testosterone tester.
It showed that I was low on Testosterone.
Then I showed my Doctor the test and she said it was useless.
I made a new test by blodsample at my doctor and it showed the level was fine.

For 2 weeks ago I wrote to Quicktest with this result and asked to get my money back. Total silence since.

I bought a borreliosis test but I thought package will never come because postnord tracking sucks nowadays. I contacted customer service and some lady named therese said she will be in touch with me later. The package arrived almost 2 weeks later and the product was fine. I was little upset because of the delivery time but Quicktest customer service lady offered me a free giftcard up to 50 € and I thought why not? So I decided to use it for free crp test which was only 17 on sale and they said they'll send it. I didn't feel the need to use 50 €. Delivery time was a little disappointment but customer service was eventually good. Postnord tracking was a huge disappointment, no tracking for the product.

Bought the self test for skjoldbruskkirtel. Pipette was absolutely useless i basically soaked it in blood and it would not collect it.. tried different angles, different fingers, it was no use… wish i could use another pipette but there is not even and indication of how many drops of blood i need to put on testkassette.

I bought Borrelia test with Quicktest. It did not work at all although all instructions were followed.

I bought the diabetes test, and in the instructions it says take one before eating, and then one after eating. Why the hell did I only get one strip then? So cheap, will never buy from this company again
