Ken, it is a pity you had a bad experience on our landing page - if you signed up and created a will, you might have had a better experience. Seeing that you are from England, we suggest you rather use a platform such as Farewill, as they are a UK based company which serves users who are subjected to the Laws of England (we don't, we serve users that are subjected to South African Laws and the provisions are different). Farewill really does provide an excellent service and they are much more in line with the type of product we aspire to be.

Quick, slick and easy
Stupidly easy & simple to use. The process is quick and slick, I have no idea why I've postponed creating a will... My perception was that it would require much more time and effort and perhaps some research or advise about the "do's" and "dont's".
I feel the process covered all required topics related to creating a will and was presented in a very user friendly manner.
Everything should be as quick and simple as this.
