I was very disappointed to discover that QuickZip are only publishing 5 star reviews on their website! I placed a 1 star review on 6 Oct 2024 entitled "Brilliant Concept! poorly executed :(" I provided photos and an explanation as to why it was 1 star and my review is nowhere to be seen! Lots published after that date. Buyers beware!
I would give no stars if possible. This company does not stand by their product. I washed the top zipper sheet 1x after I had it for about 2 weeks and the zip fell apart. I asked for a replacement, sent a photo, provided the order numbers and their response was I had to make a claim and they would review and investigate and if they feel the problem is a defect then at that time they would consider replacing. This is unacceptable. I had their product for less then a month, I washed their product and the zipper fell apart, what is there to investigate? Just send me a replacement. I have no problem sending the damage item back if they sent me a return label so they could do their research. I shouldn't have to wait to get a replacement until the do their research. The sheets should last for more than a month, it should last for more than 1 washing. I didn't realize I was buying one use only and throw out because the zippers fall apart sheets. Beware if you buy this product.
