Really nice jacket and just great quality.

Do not use Quicksilver! I have tried to contact them multiple times over the last week about a returned item I sent back to them 4 weeks ago, and I cannot get in touch with anyone through any of the options to message them. Website contact form and all social media goes nowhere. They even sent me a message with a load of links to contact forms, all of them were broken links. Completely useless! I may have found a way around their complete lack of any customer service by requesting a charge back through PayPal, so if this has happened to you (as it appears a lot of the complaints on Trustpilot are about shocking lack of any even basic forms of customer service), try that instead. Thank god for PayPal!

Terrible customer service .Wrong item sent.Quicksilver logo wasn't sewed straight. Looked fake .Asked for refund which still haven't received even though they have received the item back.

Good product (Keller Sherpa Hoodie), good price, quick delivery. This is my third similar product (I tend to wait for the sales before re-ordering) which says it all i think!

A little disappointed with my t shirts from Q. I bought four, so called identical, t shirts but they are all different in size, shape and length, even though they're all supposed to be a medium.
Two of the t's are of very thin lightweight material, so obviously there's been a breakdown in quality control from days gone by.....and definitely not worth £22 for anyone thinking of making a purchase.

I bought some very nice board shorts, which can be used for numerous water sports, however, at this price point and quality - I would expect them to be lined, either with a mesh or at least something.

I really like the Quiksilver brand - it makes stylish quality clothing that fits and looks good. The prices on the website/app are very appealing but it is let down by poor order fulfilment and unrealistic delivery timescales. I would buy from Quiksilver again if this was improved.

Boys T-shirts purchased. Great product, good fit, and really good members benefits. Would recommend and will shop again.
