I had an awful experience here, both with the results of the injections and the management’s handling of the situation. I paid $274 for treatment on my forehead and 11s, but the outcome was disappointing. The procedure was either not done correctly, or the quality of the product used, Daxxify, was subpar. They don’t let you choose the brand; it’s just whatever they can get at a low cost.
After the initial treatment, I went back for a touch-up because I had unsightly ‘commas’ above my eyebrows and noticeable wrinkles on my forehead. Only the ‘commas’ were addressed. I returned a third time to fix the remaining wrinkles, I was told I would have to pay an additional $75 for a more ‘frozen’ look, even though the initial treatment was clearly inadequate. The follow-up left me with ridges above my eyebrows, and my 11s reappeared, making my forehead look and feel unnatural.
I requested yet another appointment to correct these issues, but they flat-out refused, stating there was nothing they could do. I’ve had botox at other places with much better results, so I know how it’s supposed to look when done right. After three visits and $350 spent (way more than I’ve spent elsewhere), my forehead still looks terrible and moves in a weird way.
The management runs this business like a scam, showing no concern for customers. Avoid this place at all costs—you’ve been warned.
