Fast, friendly, very helpful, efficient. Sarah, the agent I talked to somehow found my order with almost no info from me, found that it had been lost in shipping, sent a free replacement that I received in 2 days & even went above & beyond by setting up tracking for me by text rather than their usual tracking through their app which I don’t have & requires an email address to set up. However, I can’t access my email at the moment. It was the best Customer Service experience I’ve have ever encountered

Great products, not always my style, but returns are easy and great! Me shipping is reasonable timeframe and bonus savings offered all the time! Customer service is exceptional!
