I just recently learned of this Company. I have purchased 2 pairs of jeans..both totally different styles, LOVE both pairs. This week, I ordered the SuperSoft fleece hoodie and crop pants set.
Absolutely the softest. I love the set.

I always check a companies 1 star ratings before ordering. I was going to buy a high end linen bedding set. The not as described reviews were awful. Folks need to learn to only look at the bad reviews to vet a company as anyone can submit a paid 5 star. And the biggest red flag was the abysmal customer service. Thank you, trust pilot for saving me money and hassles.

My experience with Quince has been excellent, especially when it comes to logistics, returns, and refunds. Their customer support is efficient and makes the entire exchange process hassle-free. On top of that, the quality of their cashmere for the price is great. A very solid, reliable brand with really good support.

I had an issue and an agent reached out to me with a very nice message. She resolved the issue. Everything was quick and involved quickly.

Being able to chat with a live agent helped resolve my issue with an order that seems to have gotten lost during delivery. The agent found the same item in their inventory and offered to have it shipped to me at no charge. She also gave me a $15.00 credit toward my next purchase that I haven't tried to use yet. I am happy and looking forward to finally receiving the item I originally ordered.
