If I could make this zero Stars I would.
They have bought Paye for Nannies - which had amazing service and reasonable prices.
They have made the service worse and hugely increased the prices.
Previously, my gold service cost me £284 for the year. All I had to do once per month was submit any overtime. The money was taken out of my account automatically and the nanny was paid and her pension contributions were sorted. I paid extra for this convenience and knowing that I don't have to worry about forgetting anything.
Now, for a higher price I have to wait for the email telling me how much to transfer, make sure it is done in time - despite being out of the country some times and manually transfer the money.
They charge a percentage of the nannys gross pay and a higher fee - but make it monthly to make it "feel" cheaper.

The service has changed, and we do accept that some clients preferred the previous non-digital process. However, the pricing stated in your review is not correct. Your previous Gold service did not cost £284 per year alone. It also included a monthly payment handling charge of £18, making the total annual cost around £500. Under the new system, based on normal pay, your overall annual cost would in fact be slightly lower. During the transition period, we are also capping charges so that clients do not pay more than they would have done under the old arrangement.
