I started recently with Quinn after reading reviews here on Trustpilot, as a change from another online company I've used for years and years, beginning with 'V'. After an initial not-so-good experience - they froze my account mid play while they waited for verification, although they were apologetic afterwards when I complained - I started to like the platform and the games.
Unfortunately, after a relatively small loss one night, they sent me an email restricting my account until I sent them details of my earnings and assets. Really intrusive questions about my money. I'm sure they will say it's to protect problem gamblers from themselves; however, there's no way I would give the kind of details they want. I'm quite disappointed, it was a decent gambling platform and I was just getting into it.
It would be vindictive to give one star, it is a decent enough website and the customer response was quick. But over zealous on the checks. Oh well, back to what I know.

In two months I am £845 down and I have deposited £1,145. I did mange to withdraw £300 overall but every other time I deposited, I would lose it all extremely fast. I know that you can be unlucky but to be this much down in such a short period with hardly any chance to withdraw tells me this casino is not worth my time and I'd strongly recommend you don't waste yours.
today is the last time I will be playing at this casino and I will be closing my account after having 1,200 spins on multiple games at 20p and 40p bets without one bonus.
I then hit 7 bonuses without getting a 20x win, I then hit an 80p bonus after spending £100 and it paid 0x and that is why I will be closing my account and why I have written this review to warn others that this could easily be you so don't waste your time and money by using this casino.
I would assume there is a good chance they might reply saying that all the games are regulated and that basically I'm just extremely unlucky, If not then what has happened to me is what they expect and probably hope the outcome will be which is even worse.
