Product not delivered
I’m sorry to write a negative review but I ordered some delicious Earl Grey tea (this product is super - yummy) and despite being charged and being told it’s arrived it hasn’t. I reached out to the company but the upshot was that it has been delivered as far as they can see (which it hasn’t) and I need to contact Royal Mail myself. No replacement - really, really disappointed :(

We use Royal Mail tracked delivery service, to provide delivery information and peace of mind to our customers. As part of this service, the item is shown as delivered, along with a geolocation stamp of your address to confirm the delivery location.
We appreciate that the article cannot be found, it’s possible that the issue may have occurred during the final stage of delivery; hence why we recommended reaching out to your local postman, as they may be able to provide more details and help resolve the matter quickly.
Unfortunately, as the tracking indicates that the item has been delivered, we aren’t able to take this matter up with Royal Mail.
In saying this, we pride ourselves in providing superior service, matching our wonderful products, and as a gesture of goodwill we have dispatched a replacement for you to enjoy.

Excellent Earl Grey loose tea and bags
Great process for easy ordering and now receiving monthly. Had the Earl Grey at Levens Hall near Kendal and said it was the best we'd ever had, then visited again which reminded us to find the supplier and place an order. Clearly high quality tea with equally high quality service.

Efficient ordering and delivery. Quality of the tea far surpasses many others as the earl grey oolong tea has a gorgeous flavour. The only issue is wanting only one cup when the tea bags make two, but have the loose tea option too.
