Edwin was brilliant throughout the process of helping us find and buy our home in Estepona.
From the beginning he took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and was incredibly patient throughout the search. He arranged all our visits, dealt with other agents on our behalf and was always direct with us. If he didn't believe a property was right, he said it.
There was never pressure to buy just to reach a deal.
Once we found the right property, Edwin was very helpful during negotiations and the purchase. There were some challenges along the way out of his control, but he was always at hand, chasing things and doing his best to keep the process moving.
What really stood out was the service after the sale as well. Even after completion, Edwin continued to help, keeping an eye on the property as we arranged our move, helping coordinate access when needed, and being on hand for anything that came up.
He is knowledgeable, honest, receptive and goes far beyond what would normally be expected of a real estate agent.
