It is absolutely a scam!!!! once the order has been acquired they will send you a product of a much lower value than the one you purchased, for example a bag costing €0.10. You contact support and they reply that to receive a 70% refund of the product you have already paid for you must also advance the shipping costs to send the incorrect product to the merchant in China and only when the merchant states that the product has arrived will they be able to refund you 70% of the price paid. Nonetheless, they take time with the various assistance emails but the refund will never arrive!!!! Scam scam scam!
