Stay away. This is a scam site. Ordered product... quick to take my money. Goods never arrived. Sent multiple emails, a registered letter as per citizen advise and finally contacted my bank (got to give 15days) got my money. Let them deal with Lloyd's now.

No response from this company and I still have not received my order! They weee happy enough to take my £63 though!

Have nothing to do with this company. They took £63 from my account, I received nothing and they don’t respond to contact.
Update - after I posted this review they contacted me and I have now had a refund. The power of the media!

Absolutely awful. Paid for items which were never delivered. They never answer the phone and the emails I sent, which went through at first, started to come back as undeliverable. Had to request charge back from bank in the end. I would avoid if you don't want to be ripped off.

After placing my order two weeks ago,my order arrived today.I didn’t like being lied too , and unanswered emails.I will not be a returning customer as other companies offer a much better service.

Do not order from this company. You will not receive what you ordered and will be sent the wrong product. £40 in the bin. 🥹🥲

Like a previous reviewer i ordered my usual brand of liquid but was sent something completely different. The brand that was sent did not appear to be genuine as it looked nothing like the product on that brand's own website. Will never buy from them again.

I strongly advise anyone not to buy from this “business” it’s a scam company that take your money and do not send out goods. Make up lies that they are on holiday so weren’t sending orders out. I asked for a refund and I was told it would be done on their “return”. Still nothing. Reporting this company to trading standards. Wish I had read the reviews before I placed an order as they are all exactly the same - complete scam! Don’t waste hard earned money on scam artists like this

Ordered £20 worth of vapes and have not received my order although payment was taken, no response to emails sent and listed telephone numbers not contactable!!!!
Do NOT use this company, unfortunately I am one of many who have been let down having read countless other reviews. I would like to pint out that Failure to deliver within a reasonable time and after the agreed deadline is a breach under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

I will be taking this matter further with ombudsman!!!!!!!

Ordered £30 worth of oils on the 23rd for next day delivery. No delivery no responses to email and cannot call them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Not impressed, ordered 20.00s worth of e-liquid, they've taken the money but sent nothing. The email says I've received them. We'll, I haven't, this company is a rip off!!

I ordered a supply of my usual e liquid from this company and received a delivery in good time, unfortunately the liquid sent was a different brand and more importantly taste to the one I ordered. I have now emailed three times over this but have not received an acknowledgement or response, will not use again!!

Rubbish sent me alternatives which I don’t want. Emailed them no response DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Quin vapes failed to honour order, sent a replacement which I didn’t want, does not answer phone or emails. Avoid at all costs. Supplied my phone number and email address did not bother to contact prior to delivery. Note… if you can’t fulfill order make contact or refund money. It’s not exactly difficult is it.

It's the first time I have used quinvapes and I am very pleased with my purchase. They had the items I wanted at a good price and were delivered to me in a couple of days.
I will be ordering from them again in the future.

Further to my previous post - it's now January 21st and I have still not received my order from December 4th. (Several more un-answered emails, un-answered phone calls and 6 weeks later). The website is still up and presumably taking orders.
But as they have my money, I guess they've scammed me and I'll never hear from them again.

Ordered from this company. Received an invoice and money went off my bank account immediately but still waiting for delivery after 10 days. When you call them the answering machine says “unable to take call”. Called the number throughout the day with same response. No response to my email either.
