Had an issue with Evri destroying the parcel, spoke to someone from Quokka and was sent a replacement the next day with a beautiful quokka coffee cup. Great customer service, fantastic and delicious coffee. A very happy customer and would 100% recommend.

The very best instant coffee I could find. Love it. The decaff is just as tasty as the normal coffee. Was given as a gift and now drink all the time. Thank you Quokka.

Best flavour instant coffee I have tasted hence the repeated orders. Communication with the friendly staff is great. Packaging is perfect for instant coffee, always stays dry and fresh. Delivery is quick. A small independent company that deserves support.

I ordered a tin of Quokka for the office which indicated that would be shipped via 48 hour tracked. As our coffee was running low I thought I would email and ask if there was any option to have this fasttracked and that I was happy to pay extra for special delivery. Within an hour I recieved an email from James Walsh saying my order had been dispatched via special delivery and not to worry about the extra charge - fantastic service! Thank you Quokka!

Quokka is hands down the best instant coffee I’ve ever had. The customer service team are speedy with enquiries and very friendly. The delivery was prompt and shipping was free. A handwritten thank you note on my invoice was an unexpected personal touch that shows Quokka care as much about the caliber of their service as they do about the caliber of their coffee. Both are outstanding.

Love the personal touch that accompanied my coffee, a little note from James and the team. Lovely coffee and doesn't leave a bitter after taste like usual instant coffee. Will definitely be purchasing some more.

A rather nice cup of coffee and a lovely cheerful logo on the packaging to make you smile while you boil the kettle.

I thought I would give this new premium coffee a try as a change from the usual big brand, bland offerings and I was so pleased I did. It makes a fantastic drink, full of depth of flavour, as good as you could get in any up market coffee house. Easy to order, great communication and speedy delivery. Thoroughly recommended.

I have ordered multiple times through Amazon and their own website. Delivery has always been quick.

The decaf coffee is really nice (better than most supermarket offerings) and is good value. Makes nice lattes with oat milk.

Would be nice though if they did the multipacks in decaf as well as the regular coffee.

I am normally very skeptical of instant coffee, but tried Quokka anyway. It is now what I drink every morning and I love it - highly recommended.

I ordered some decaff coffee as a christmas gift from Quokka. The order failed to arrive after it became lost with an unreliable courier. I was dealing with James who couldn’t have been more helpful. He dispatched a new order straight away with a different courier and the order arrived within their 48 hour delivery window. The original order eventually turned up after almost a week in a delivery warehouse somewhere. The product is quality, tastes great and really quirky packaging. Would recommend them for sure. Buy this product folks its proper good quality coffee. Thanks James and your team.

Quokka coffee puts a smile on my face and a spring in my step! I love this delightful premium instant coffee- delicious taste and just fabulous it is fair trade and ethical too. I don’t leave the house without at least 2 cups and I definitely feel as happy as a Quokka! A must buy!!
