Excellent accomodating call to gather facts and action!
I received a call from a helpful advisor who took the required details from me to allow him to start to collate the best possible cover. He then arranged a convenient time to call me back. The reason this was done effectively but efficiently was due to me being at work during the initial contact.
So fa I am overall impressed with the service.

Fantastic Service
I completed the information online and got a callback the following day - the adviser was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I didn't want to make an instant decision and she didn't put any pressure on me to sign up immediately. We agreed a further callback and all my questions were answered. I signed up and have no problem recommending the company to all my friends and family.

Life is a breeze.
After speaking to our advisor I felt reassured that he would be looking for the best cover at the best price. Once I received the documents & quote I was right it was the cheapest quote I had received and found i was covered for additional illness than some of the other large compamies. All in all i would recomend this company to anyone looking for life & critical illness cover.

User friendly site, with all the important information displayed. I could make a decision and call teh provider I want and not being harrased by an army of adivors.
