My son ordered something from here. Now nothing. Please do your research before making purchases people.

Ordered a dog pram. Tried to email but email wouldn't send. Tried to ring them but number isn't recognised. Took my money kept saying not shipped yet. And they send me emails to tell me what's happening. But heard nothing. Wish I read the reviews. Absolutely disgusting company.

Same issue as others, they took my money , provided a fake tracking number and a couple of times, answered my mail pretending it was on its way. It s a scam. I should have read the reviews. PayPal refunded me instantly, they are aware of the issue.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Product did not arrive although I have received notification to advise it had been delivered. Not able to make contact via the email addresses provided. I thought I had purchased through ebay but clearly I hadn't and didn't pay with paypal so money lost :(

Totally fake company avoid at all cost payed for item though PayPal item never arrived.
I rang PayPal and got a full refund no questioned ask which is very unusual for PayPal so there must know is a scam company.

Complete scammers. Took my money, then took it again and nothing delivered after 2 months. Paypal clearly knew this is a problem site as they refunded me immediately without asking for proof etc.

Wish I’d seen this! Scammed like everyone else. FYI - they’ve just changed their name to Tessos and also have a fake Costco website as well.

A scam company. Do not make a purchase with them.

Fake website, email and contact details. *DO NOT USE*
Goods ordered, payment taken, shipping confirmation received, fake detailed tracking order said ‘despatched from China (when the genuine article is made in the USA), at airport, with courier’, and then….changed to ‘not shipped’. Of course I never saw the previous reviews - my lesson is learned! Reported to my bank.

Purchased an item from quotello store 2 months ago. They took my money straight away. There was no email to acknowledge my purchase.
Had a tracking number from 78tracking. The courier received my parcel a week ago, but there is still no delivery. Apparently, they rang me 3 times yesterday, but according to them, my phone was switched off. I never turn my phone off for work purposes.
I've had no one knock on my door either.
Absolutely awful, I will be contacting my bank for a refund as this is obviously a scam. It is infuriating how these so-called companies can get away with ripping people off.

My order has not arrived as yet I continue to get tracking updated but nothing has been delivered as yet. I spoke to my bank and got my money back if it does turn up in a brand new unused condition . I would repay the original amount it cost again as yet it remains to be seen . No information as to when it will be delivered just stuck on courier has my goods for almost a week what the hell is this courier doing and how long is it going to take or is at a haux to keep me trapped indoors for got knows how long.
I have had the tracking company for my parcel state they have attempted to call me this is not the case nor has anyone knocked at my door for the goods or any card left to state a delivery attempt has been made it seem they are dragging this out as much as possible. I have given them clear instructions and 1 final attempt to deliver my parcel as yet it all looks dismal how pathetic.

This company is fake. An email arrived showing Paypal receipt. It offered another 20% off if you have any problems. Well there was no shipping or dispatch details. Fake email unrelated to company.

Ordered hover try ringing the phone number and was a dead line trued to contact them no reply took the money out of account next day hover never came don’t order anything

Their address is listed as 45 Twyford Road Harrow Middlesex HA2 0SH. This is the address of a semi detached house and multiple other businesses.

Stay away.

Scam scam scam. Brought some drawers from this website as it was cheaper than amazon and shein. Goods never turned up but they was quick to take the money. Website looks legit but it’s a massive scam! Managed to get my money back through the bank thankfully

AVOID big time. I can’t get in touch with them at all about a product I’d ordered, i normally look up reviews, but stupid me didn’t this time
