QuoteMyRenovation is London's renovation marketplace connecting homeowners with vetted renovation specialists matched by trade, borough, and project type. Most homeowners planning a renovation face the same problem: too many options, no way to compare them fairly, and no idea who has actually completed a similar project nearby. General directories list thousands of contractors with no filter. Lead platforms sell your number to anyone willing to pay. Cold calls follow. QuoteMyRenovation works differently. You tell us about your project — your London borough, your property type, what you want to achieve, and your approximate budget. We match your brief to vetted contractors who have completed comparable work in your area and send it to a shortlist of up to three. They contact you. You hear from builders who know what the job involves before they call, not from everyone who bought a list of leads that week. What makes us different: - Every contractor is vetted: insurance, credentials, project history, and references verified before they receive any leads from us - Leads matched by trade, borough, and project type, no irrelevant enquiries - Homeowners briefed on realistic costs before quotes arrive, so comparisons are meaningful - Free for homeowners from brief to quote - No cold calls from contractors you have not chosen to hear from We cover planned renovation projects across London: kitchen renovations, bathroom refurbishments, rear extensions, side return extensions, loft conversions, full house refurbishments, and period property renovation. Free to use. Submit your brief at quotemyrenovation.co.uk and receive up to three matched quotes within five working days.See more
