From the initial introduction phone call the customer service, help and advice has been amazing. Docflite is perfect for my small business and at a great monthly price too. All quotes are in one place and a process from the initial quote sending to the customer, right up to completing the job is great, it also looks a lot more professional sending to the customer than what I was using previously as well.

I am a complete Technophobe, but TJ and Elaine took me through step by step as many times as needed until I finally understood what I was doing. I know I'm only using a fraction of what the software has to offer but just this fraction has made life so much easier. I look forward to exploring more bits soon.

Excellent system which is exactly what our business needed. Professional documentation with bespoke branded theme, and a simple user dashboard for us to monitor all our contracts being sent, viewed, signed etc.

We have been using DocFlite for a few weeks now. A few teething problems getting used to it but this is mainly user error. TJ and Elaine are excellent at responding to our support needs and always deliver on diagnosing the problem and finding a resolution. I have only given this 4 stars due to ease of use, which I feel could be improved upon in a couple of areas. However, each time we have put across suggestions these are actioned upon in record timing.

I had been using a much more expensive piece of software to create my quotes, terms and get digital signatures which wasn't easy to maintain but since I was introduced to and starting using QuoteOnSite, I have been very impressed. Not only do my clients find it very easy to use, it's less work for me, the set up and maintenance is easy, it's a sensible price and the customer service is excellent. Highly recommended!

I love QuoteOnSite. I use it on a daily basis on my phone. Takes the hassle out of producing smart looking quotes and invoices quickly.

So far so good with QuoteOnSite! It’s able to do everything we need it to for the time being and we’re enjoying it’s ease of use. I especially like the heatmap capabilities and being able to see when people are opening our quotes and clicking on the email! We don’t really utilise much of the features beyond the quotation creation and the finance tracking as they aren’t too relevant to what we do. But the software is definitely a boon to the company!

Simple, easy to use and the Support is great, used them for 5 months now and I am certain this has helped convert more leads by allowing me to keep on top of what is going on! Would recommend to anyone who needs some structure to their professional sales process.
