I would like to express my concerns…

I would like to express my concerns regarding this company, which I believe is engaging in fraudulent and deceptive operations. The educators appear to be unqualified, primarily originating from Egypt, and they seem to struggle with effective English communication. The company lacks a structured teaching curriculum and online course content, which are essential for any credible educational platform.
Furthermore, certain practices raise concerns about their professionalism and inclusivity, such as the male teachers' reluctance to interact with the parent who is a women ( they do not want to speak with women) and have zero respect and a general unwillingness to use video during sessions.
The company also lacks a transparent refund policy, which is a significant red flag. Additionally, they encourage payment through PayPal or direct online input of credit card details, which may pose a security risk. I would advise caution in dealing with this company due to these issues. The person who added a 5 star review is associated with the company. He is also from Egypt.
