This company is truly legit. The customer service was above and beyond what I expected from some place I found off a social media link. I ordered the micro-infusion system (3 month) supply and am still midst of applying my serum, but I reached out the company with an out of the ordinary request for more micro needle heads and they responded quickly and sent me extra heads free of charge!! I was so shocked at this level of customer satisfaction which is not that common these days. Thank you Qure!!!

I have been purchasing from this company for the last two years, and I can tell you they do not dissapoint. Their customer service goes above beyond the support. Staff is fabulous and the product is amazing. I’ve actually bought enough product to last me for the next 10 months and I’m looking forward to seeing if they come out with anything that can top this product in the near future, I highly recommend purchasing the Qure product. You definitely will not be disappointed.

I thought it was going to be a big hassle getting a refund from this company but they were so kind and willing to help me out in anyway possible. I would definitely buy from them again. I wish I could give them 5 ⭐️ s.

Ordered the bundle (Face and neck mask) on June 11. The neck piece came quickly; however, as of July 7, I have not received the face mask and was notified that the face mask has just shipped from China (furthermore, the shipping information wasn’t even received by the shipper until July 7, almost a month AFTER I ordered the product). Given Qure’s overly complicated return policy which states returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase (and the fact that Qure is not responsible for any shipping delay), if for some reason I am not happy with the product, the return window will most certainly be closed and therefore, I will be out the $428 I’ve paid.

I would suggest that any potential buyer perform due diligence prior to ordering. Read all customer reviews, carefully along Qure’s return policy and realize that this product is being shipped from China. The customer should NOT be held responsible for the company’s untimely shipment notification, as shown in the actual tracking information below:

I can’t see a difference yet but I’m following all instructions. It’s hard to see a difference when you see your face daily.

One of the best things about Qure is their personal service. Also their products are well made

While it does improvement on your skin, the battery performance has deteriorated significantly. Even after charging the device for approximately two hours (or until it appears to be fully charged), the battery runs flat almost immediately when I try to use it. This makes the device unusable.

I only have the device for 1.5years.

Quick response and very helpful. Other companies should take note!

Having made a massive error in my ordering I posted a message in the Qure WhatsApp customer service group. Within minutes Abby replied to my questions, she removed the product that I had ordered in error from my subscription, advised me how I could make a return of the product, as it had already been despatched, and adjusted my future subscription, getting me the best possible price. It took a while because it was complicated, but she explored every avenue available and gave me lots of choices. I felt that I was being a pest, but she persevered and got everything sorted for me. The only problem was that when my package arrived it was missing one product, but I’ve already been assured that this is being shipped separately. Thanks for a remarkable experience Abby.

Only got half of my order after I paid over $500! The rest of my order was on “backorder” and was going to ship with the next shipment. Two months later, and still no product. Customer service was responsive the first time I reached out and ensured me my products would ship. Have been trying to get ahold of them again for the past month again with no luck. Starting to feel like a scam!!

I’m have just started using the micro needle infusion. It’s pretty easy to set up and use. It’s not as painful as I expected. The problem is the solution is. it very oily and sticky and does not absorb into the skin well, even overnight. I would question the reasoning and potential risk to skin punctured by the needle, upon which a sticky and oily residue sits that attracts hair and dust in the air?!!! This is not how the product is represented in the numerous adverts and it is very disappointing and misleading. Time will tell if it makes any difference but on first use I am really not too impressed. A lot of money for an ill thought out solution.

I ordered this. The serum showed up leaking. I was IMing with a customer service person. They were inpatient. CLOSED THE COMMUNICATION. Shoddy. Showed up with multiple leaks.

Excellent Customer service! I have only encountered 1 problem and it was immediately taken care of! I Love Love Qure! I just did my 6th bottle of Qure's anti wrinkle serum! My friends (who didn't know i was using Qure) gave me a lot of compliments on my face and Neck) then they asked me what am I using for skin care? I said it's Qure micro needling! Both of them said omg that's expensive! I laughed a little and said No it's not and you get to do it in the comfort of your own home!😃 it's under 200.00 for a 3 months supply you can buy a 6 month supply you can also mix your serum 1 for anti aging another one for dark spots uneven skin ect! Then use their Led face mask and the free Led neck mask when you buy the face mask it's a win win all the way around! So I showed them my box that my micro needling came in and they both read the Pamphlet! Then i showed them my face and neck mask and of course they had to try it out! 😉 Like I said it's A WIN WIN!!! Now Qure has acquired 2 more customers! In late August i will be turning 65 and I can't wait I also have a family wedding in November!! Thank you Qure Your the Best!!

I really like the Customer Support team from Qure and the services they provide. Especially Hydee who helped me with my order where it was me who made a mistake in my order. She quickly resolved my issue. I am happy with Qure and will continue to buy from them.

I have been loving my micro needling experience with Qure. The packaging is beautiful and I really like the ease of the micro needling kits. I recently also tried the under eye and smile line items, and I like those as well. At this point I have re-ordered my micro needling kit for another six months. When I contacted customer service, they responded promptly and resolve my issue.
