Just not good!
ordered the anti aging led mask and payed 50.- extra for express shipping.
Parcel needed 3 weeks to come and they said 1-3 bussines days!
the mask itself is not really good, the infrared wave length is a whopping 50 off and there are not enough led for that price. the size is also pretty small.
at the end, the shipping was bs, the product is not worth the price. only good thing is that it's better for travelling because it's small but suffers in face coverage

My package was stuck in transit and the customer care team were on it. I received my package damaged and they continued to communicate with me until I verified the neck and décolleté LED mask was working properly. The box was too big for the contents and not enough packaging to support the box so it was crushed. They passed the info on to the packaging team to correct.

I had a problem with my neck mask and made contact via email. I got a response back pretty quick and had to send a video back with what was wrong. My neck mask had stopped working even though it was fully charged. A few days after sending the video they told me they were sending out a replacement. Overall I am pleased with how customer services has dealt with me, although disappointed that my mask stopped working after 10 months. The 5 stars are for how well the company dealt with my situation.

Been using the Qure mask for more than a year and the red light has definitely helped with breakouts. I don’t get as many when I consistently use it. My skin does seem brighter as well. I use a tanning bed eye mask to protect my eyes better when using this device (bought eye cover on Amazon). Overall really happy with my purchase and excellent customer service! Thank you.

I got my Qure mask 2 years ago and it broke. The customer service was so helpful and sent me a brand new one after I sent them a video showing that the light no longer stayed on. So happy to get to continue using my Qure mask. I get so many complements on my skin since I started using it.

I absolutely love this company and their products (especially the mask). On top of the amazing results I’ve seen, their customer service has been outstanding. It is so rare to find a team that is so responsive, helpful, and genuinely caring. I couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend them to anyone considering their products.

I am 75 yrs old. Yesterday, while I was doing my 1 hr evening walk, I stopped to speak to a new male neighbor. Of course, I was not wearing makeup. He invited me to dinner with his mother who's yard he was grooming. She is 66. He is 45. When I told him that I was 11 yrs OLDER than his mother, he nearly fainted. I began using LED years ago. When I heard about Qure, a safe, gentle way to increase Collagen, I bought some. As a race horse trainer, I have used a similar technique for many decades to make a seriously lame horse be able to race again. I bought the smallest bundle and jumped right in, following each session with 3 - 10 minutes LED sessions with stunning results. Wow! I have now added a gel mask before the LED mask. I only have laughe lines around my eyes. I had serious "tech neck" after Covid. They are gone along with any loose neck flesh. I follow "Doctorly." I tried their system without success, but they highly recommend Qure's All-in-One" serum. Qure offered a bottle as a gift during a sale. I bought a year's worth of Qure Micro-needling and received 2 bottles. I just ordered 3 more. In my quest for the best, I have tried every micro-needling system available outside of spas. In my opinion, Qure is THE ONE! I wish they included an extra delivery bottle with each bundle because they chip & break. Also, you cannot share the product with a friend who loves it but wanted to try it a second time at home before buying it. I wish they made a gel mask so that I did not have to buy it elsewhere. I wish they offered an LED glove because hands need serious attention. I began at 40 to seriously take care of my skin after years of solar abuse. At that time, I began using Tretinoin. At 75, my skin has never looked so beautiful...at 75!!! My skin does not sag and other than my laugh lines, I am line free. I used to use Botox & filler to deal with them but not since I started using Qure. As a post- menopausal woman, I use Alloy's M4 estrogen face cream to help with my natural loss of estrogen. That's it. No more shelves of serums & creams. I found my fountain of youth at Qure

Had a problem with my mask and although it did take a while, Marianne from their customer service dept did a great job in helping me out. Like the mask very much and use it just about ever day.

I had a problem with the neck and de Leche device and was able to talk to someone with a lot of knowledge at the company to help me resolve the problem. I use many of the products and I love them all. I think what is distinctive about this company is that they actually speak to their customers and are interested in How they are doing. They realize each person is an individual and have their own individual problems. I highly recommend all of their products.

Great products. I have the face mask, the neck mask and have used the serum and the microneedles. This company saves me a lot of money doing these things at home, with solid quality.

I had an issue with my Qure mask that caused concern. I contacted the company and got a reply quickly. They assured me that the discolouration on the inside of the mask was no cause for concern and that it did not affect the effectiveness of the mask. However they still sent me a replacement.

My definition of Customer Service is to EXCEED a customer’s EXPECTATIONS. Cure has done that! From an informative website, beautiful packaging, wonderful outside boxing, and incredible delivery time, I was impressed upon delivery.
One use of the mask resulted the next day in my skin being moist; not dry! I’m sold solid!!!

The product, if used regularly, is fabulous! I'm extremely happy with my results after using it for just over a year! My unit stopped working after 14 months, so it was out of warranty. The company stood behind their product and sent me a brand new mask. I was very happy with how customer service handled my issue. Great product backed by great service!!!

I called because I needed clarification on how to use the face mask and it's limitations. The agent was polite and knowledgeable and answered my questions.

I love the product so far. I have bought three face masks, one neck mask and 3 micro infusion systems for friends and family, and about to buy another mask soon. I’ve turned on so many friends to this brand because it has really contributed to transforming my skin. The only downfalls I have noticed so far is the website can be difficult to maneuver. Being a graphic designer and web designer myself I see a lot of room for improvement in that aspect. Yeah their problem. My face is cleaning my mask and putting it in the bag right away that it came with the bag actually stained the outside shell of the mask and I have tried everything to remove it. This happened after the first youth, and I was very upset, but aside from that I think all is good. I just wish the app for the mask had a time adjustment capability as well.
