Amazing products and amazing customer support!!💫

I love the Qure Red Light Rejuvenation mask! I especially love that it's a quick 3 minute process. My device did stop working after one year of use and customer service sent me a new device! I love it and I'm so happy I get to continue using it because I use it every single morning :)

When I didn't receive my product i emailed and they were quick to respond and process my order with tracking.

I am beyond frustrated. I cleansed my skin, & was excited to try this. I thought with the ptt6(a separate serum that I bought to enhance effects of micro needling)& this easy twist on needle head, that it couldn't be any easier. I was wrong. I put the needle head on, turned it upside down, and lightly tapped. I began to stamp & some serum came out, but very sparse. I stamped a few more passes & nothing came out. I loosened the head, turned it upside down for a bit, and started over. Once again, nothing. I did this for 30 minutes! I got so frustrated that I dry stamped my skin, which had become painful, & just took the head off and rubbed the serum everywhere. It is super sticky. I'm pretty sure it isn't going to work, at least not as efficiently because it wasn't injected into my skin, beneath the top layer as intended. I hope my last application goes better. I fear I have wasted money and hope. There has got to be a better way. To get the serum to flow, & I've used micro infusion kits before!

Although I wasn't able to fully use my product. It was just too painful for me even after trying numbing cream. I'm still giving it four stars because customer service was awesome and went above and beyond to help me. Thank you.

I purchased the kit last year and definitely recommend the mask and microneedle kit. However, the reason for the 5 star review is for their customer service. I have have questions on how to schedule rhe treatments and I have received very prompt and efficient responses. I contacted Cian, today via chat and was quickly able to resolve an issue with the microneedle. I am very impressed with their excellent customer service

I am pleased with the products from QURE. For my budget it's a big expense yet worth it. Very much impressed with their customer service. For any questions or problems their response is quick, polite, friendly and solution oriented. QURE customer service & products stands out.

The micro infusion system is really bad. The design is flawed and does not allow for the serum to flow easily. You have to continuously beat on it upside to get it to work right. Fix your design! Going back to Seranova. Also, get numbing cream...it's extremely painful (largely in part to the awful design of the non-stamp. Before telling me to loosen lid, etc....I tried all that on the phone with your customer service. Still doesn't work.

First, I believe I was corresponding with a real person, which is a plus. Next, I got the answers I was seeking in a straightforward and relatively short amount of time. So the customer service by Rachel was great.

I received a very quick response to my question about my order. The response included detailed information needed to track the orders. Excellent customer service!

Fantastic and fast customer support! I ordered two wrinkle microneedling kits, but two vials arrived damaged in my second order. I emailed customer service, and Nick resolved the issue within just a few messages. Because I am currently moving, a replacement wasn't possible, so he issued a 50% discount instead. It is rare to find a company that acts this quickly and respectfully. They have completely restored my faith in great customer service!

Awesome customer service in the reply to my issue and refunded me quickly prior to getting the items back! Also excellent communication on the status and details steps on the return and what will happen. The customer service person follow up on everything! One of the best customer service I’ve ever encountered! All business should be this way! I def be buying other items from this company.

Great customer service. I accidentally threw away my applicator and had 6 serums left. Although they do not sell applicators individually, they immediately sent me a replacement. I love the qure product. It has helped get rid of the fine lines around my mouth. It’s incredible.
