QWERTY Beer Box Reviews 

The Beer Box was fine, as expected. Unfortunately there was a hiccup with the courier Evri who obviously misdelivered it - it appeared on my doorstep between 1am and 5am the day after Evri claimed they delivered it to me. Finally, there was no gift wrapping, which I ordered and paid for (it was a birthday present). Since my initial review, QWERTY have apologized, offered to refund my payment for gift wrapping and are taking steps to disassociate their company from the courier Evri. Finally, I repeat that I was totally satisfied with the Beer Box product.

I ordered a box of beer for a present on Express next day drlivery. It didn't arrive next day and still isn't here. Strangely, the email from Qwerty gave the delivery as Evri 48. Erm... not express next day, then? And the Evri email said we aim to deliver within 48 hours. Just another terrible lying internet company that makes promises and fails to deliver. Just get your goods from a company you can trust and avoid this company.

I like the idea of what you do and where the ale comes from different parts off the world...I don't think it's worth the monthly subscription...I will be cancelling my subscription. Thank you

I bought the IPA Pale Ale 12 bottles box and a birthday box for my brothers birthday. All arrived well packed. Delivered on time as advised. He was thrilled and was looking forward to tasting the beers.

Ordered a beer advent calendar with free next day express delivery as a new customer. No update on dispatch or tracking, after a small delay in communication, the company have just informed me that the calendars don't ship out until October but you can have it earlier if requested.

Bought as a gift for my friends birthday and he absolutely loved it. Would recommend.

Received a 3 beer gift box for my birthday. One of the cans arrived damaged so I reached out directly to Qwerty Beer Box to see if they could hopefully swap it out or send out a replacement. Instead it was a long strung out process, ultimately having to contact the 3rd party that sent the items out.

Not a good experience.

The customer service was amazing. I had to make a delivery query and got a response the same day. Due to errors, that had nothing to do with Qwerty Beer Box, I needed help and everything got sorted really quickly and with no problems. Emails were all friendly and very helpful, I was so grateful.
My dad also really enjoyed the ale and snacks. I would highly recommend this company and intend to use them again for further gifts.

I ordered the Pale Ale and IPA box from QWERTY. I was really impressed by the speed of despatch and delivery, as well as the variety of the beers I got. I could tell a lot of effort had gone into selecting high quality drinks. Thanks so much!

I accidentally put in my own address as the delivery address, Robyn sorted it for me and my dad is excited for his birthday/farthers day gift. But also hates his birthday always falls in farthers day week,it's like a birthday on christmas. This is obviously beyond the control of Qwerty.

Bought for Dad's 60th birthday, arrived quickly and went down very well :) Will definitely order again

Fantastic beer experience - a box of delights. A well curated collection of beers that’ll brighten up any social gathering.
Exploring the country’s best craft breweries. Every single bottle is (up until now) a hidden gem.
Not only that but the customer service is top notch.

Brilliant service all round. I ordered a box for a friend's birthday, and was contacted to say that there had been a breakage noted by the courier. A replacement was sent out quickly, and the box arrived in time.

Ordered in good time and paid for dedicated delivery for a
Birthday present which has been and gone.
Awaiting a reply to my 2nd email as first was unanswered…not impressed

Order arrived and received a full and frank apology. Appears the company have attempted to rectify delivery and more importantly communication issues.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Qwerty Beer Box! From start to finish, they delivered a truly 5-star service.

The product itself is exceptional. The beers they offer are clearly chosen with care, offering a fantastic range of styles and breweries. The tasting beers notes provided were insightful and made the whole experience even more enjoyable, helping me discover new favourites.

What really sets Qwerty Beer Box apart is the personalised feel. It wasn't just a box of beer, it felt like a thoughtfully curated gift. The excellent delivery was prompt and the box arrived in perfect condition.

And if all that wasn't enough, their customer service is top-notch. I had a small query and they responded quickly and helpfully.

Order placed for a birthday gift a week ahead of the birthday date, zero order updates received and no order received - tracking still shows as with supplier . Have contacted customer services with an auto reply of we will get back to you in 1 working day. No reply yet received, birthday has passed so overall not a great experience.

Very helpful! Royal Mail lost my order and Nikki very quickly responded and replaced it! Thanks guys.
