They charged my credit card for two months although I canceled my subscription. I am going to take legal action
While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

I enrolled for the GCP professional ML course and when I enrolled it says a 30days trial period is free and then they will charge me 29$ per month. I agreed to it. To my surprise, they even charged 10... See more

Absolutely terrible support, I was doing a lab that was ended prematurely. The support team constantly fobbed me off with excuses or 'we'll get back to you via email' and nothing was done. Over a... See more
GCP data engineering Quiklabs
Doing GCP data engineering courses in Coursera and I had frequent issues with the check progress points failing despite the steps were successfully completed. It also had trouble sometimes running labs interacting with Hadoop. Poor instructions in some cases. It's a user experience well behind expected for courses that are organized by Google and are not free. I am surprised Google works with such a poor performing company.
Inconsistent and incorrect material
Inconsistent and incorrect material. very poor
you get a "quest" and a learning path to follow, then on the final evaluation, they evaluate on pieces they haven't included on the learning path!! wasted a day
qwiklabs is expensive and makes customers pay for their mistakes
I received a free trial using promotion code. A while before expiration, one of the challenges (a series of exercises + instructions to help get started and understanding) didn't work. It was a very important challenge. I wrote to support, explaining the problem, including screenshots etc. After 2-3 weeks they wrote to me that now they've fixed the problem. I then wrote they've been too slow and I think they should provide me 24 hour access (or similar) so I could complete the final challenge. They never wrote back - they didn't/don't care, if their system is broken, customer must pay for their mistakes, seems to be their way of thinking. From when I had access, I can see the prices are rather expensive - all training should be much cheaper or free, in my opinion - there are other cloud providers than google: AWS, MS. I think this was a bad experience and don't like their way of making customers pay for their mistakes and I also think their prices were too expensive for me as a private person/hobbyist (I know companies don't care about the price, maybe that's why their pricing is like this).
at first it looks like a good idea... But...
At first it seems a good idea :
learning and experimenting Cloud stuff at your own pace, with a fix amount of money.
But after testing 3 weeks i will quit : it's just another NO GOOD EXPERIENCE AND NO EDUCATIONAL VALUE WEBSITE.
I spend 55US$ and a lot of time waiting for resources to be ready or trying to figure what was wrong with some of their labs.
2 quests completed.. 39 labs taken in about 3 weeks and i will leave because i am just plain disappointed.
No real pedagogy, most experience is a click & paste stuff, with an added counter that make you loose all your work when 30min are gone!
some of the LABS just don't work, some of the stuff written is obsolete material.
Oh did I mention that they keep your credit card information ! Yeap no way to erase it, even thought this is illegal here in Europe !
I love to learn new things, and really love IT material.
But I had a really poor this experience here.
