Even before I arrived in India the QXP staff was communicating everything clearly and was extremely helpful. Once we arrived all our details and transport were handled beautifully. Great drivers moved us around and our guides, Naru and Giriraj were truly perfection. They were elegant, friendly, informative , very helpful and fun too! I would recommended QXP to everyone!!

Our trip was made very enjoyable thanks to the planning of Puneet, the on-the-ground care of Hareendra, and by several of our drivers (especially Mr. Singh in Delhi/Jaipur!).

This was my 5th trip with Mala and Neru of QXP India and I could not give them a higher recommendation!

Honestly, our trip to India was one of the most well organized, informative, fun and enjoyable travel experiences I’ve ever had. Our guide Naru and our organizer Giri were just fantastic in every way. They were 2 of the most patient men I’ve ever met - I don’t think I ever heard either of them say “No” to any request - and there were loads of requests! Naru is in my contacts as “Best Guide in the World”. He was so clever in the way that he shared the history and stories of India with us. He really taught us all so much and made me want to keep coming back to India.

Our group recently had the extreme pleasure of having Narendra (Naru) Singh as our amazing guide and Giriraj Singh Rathore as the man who took care of all of our specific travel details (and more) seamlessly!

Our trip would not have been the same without the professionalism, knowledge, expertise, smiles and humor these 2 wonderful men shared with us. Naru was absolute perfection, leading our group through the beautiful sites of Hyderabad, Nagaur, Jaipur, Jodphur, Delhi and Agra. Learning about the rich history of these places was a dream with Naru. He is the best guide ever and when I come back to India, it has to be with Naru guiding me! I cannot imagine India without Naru! He tended to our group’s interests with such care, being flexible with the itinerary and catering to everyone’s wishes. And always with a smile and looking the most dapper of any guide I have ever seen!

And Giri was somehow managing all the details - I have no idea when - as he was a constant presence with us. So cheerful and happy to help with anything anyone needed. Such a delight to be with him!

I would rank Naru and Giri at the absolute top of their game. 5 stars doesn’t seem adequate! I can’t thank them enough for making my first, but certainly not last, trip to India a dream come true!

We recently completed a multi-city family trip across India with QXP, covering Delhi, Agra, Jaipur, Udaipur, Mumbai, and South India (Munnar/Kochi). Overall, the experience was very strong in North India and more inconsistent in South India, and we want to provide fair, detailed feedback to help future travelers and QXP alike.

North India – Excellent & Memorable
Delhi
Our experience began on a high note.
• Meet & Greet (Giriraj Singh Rathore) was outstanding, courteous, professional, proactive, and attentive. Exactly what you hope for when arriving in a new country.
• Tour Guide (Anchal) was warm, knowledgeable, and accommodating, with great insight into New Delhi.
• Driver (Karamveer) deserves special recognition. He was exceptional across multiple cities, always checking in, offering restroom and snack stops, answering questions, and ensuring our comfort and safety. Truly went above and beyond.
Agra
• Tour Guide (Shiraz) was knowledgeable and informative about historical sites and always willing to take photos. One small improvement would be clearer communication (sometimes speaking while facing away), but overall, a pleasant and educated guide.
• Meet & Greet (name not recalled) was very attentive, ensured rooms were prepared ahead of check-in and thoughtfully coordinated a surprise birthday celebration for our daughter. His advice on visiting the Taj Mahal during the day due to weather was excellent.
• Driver (Karamveer) continued to deliver the same high level of service.

Jaipur
• Tour Guide (Vikram) was kind and helpful. While generally good (about 9/10), the experience could have benefited from more detailed and immersive explanations compared to other guides we had. He did coordinate for us and recommended a wonderful local restaurant with live music that we thoroughly enjoyed. Highly recommended.
• Meet & Greet here was disappointing, minimal engagement, very brief presence, and little assistance. This stood out negatively compared to the excellent consistency we experienced in Delhi.
Udaipur
• Meet & Greet (Devjeet Singh) was great, nothing particularly notable, but no issues either.
• Tour Guide (Deepak Vyas) was fantastic. Passionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind. He went above and beyond even after the trip, helping us coordinate artwork purchases. Highly recommended.
• Driver (Karamveer) once again delivered excellent service

Mumbai – Solid but Mixed
• Meet & Greet (Kevin) was excellent. He proactively worked with the hotel to try to secure early room readiness and stayed until we were fully settled. This initiative and ownership were greatly appreciated.
• Tour Guide (Ms. Santoshi) was pleasant but Some questions went unanswered, though she did recommend a lunch spot that perfectly matched what we wanted to try. Overall, good experience.
• Driver was kind, quiet, and accommodating.

South India (Munnar / Kochi) – Needs Improvement
Unfortunately, the level of service in South India did not match what we experienced in the North.
• Meet & Greet (Anoop Menon) was largely absent. We saw him briefly upon arrival, after which he left immediately. During a later issue coordinating with our driver, he was unresponsive on WhatsApp for nearly eight hours. Toward the end of the trip, he mentioned airport assistance, but did not show up himself. Instead, other individuals unexpectedly stepped in without explanation, which was confusing and unnecessary.
• Driver (Joby) was below expectations. Communication was very difficult due to language barriers, and there was little proactive care or guidance. Critically, we were not advised on preparation for the Athirappilly Waterfalls trek (water, duration, physical demand), and our daughter unfortunately suffered heat stroke as a result. The driver was constantly coughing. He did not know nearby facilities en route. He and a guide assumed we would pay for their meals without asking, which felt unprofessional.
• Tour Guide (Tea Plantation Rep) was average. His knowledge of the tea plantation was good, but language barriers and the same unprofessional expectation regarding meals detracted from the experience.
• Tour Guide Kochi (Unnikrishnan) he was extremely knowledgeable in Kochi and has a lot of passion for the culture and history of the city. Unfortunately, we were pressed for time to get to our next destination and were not able to attend to all locations per original plan.

QXP delivered a truly excellent experience in North India, with standout individuals who were professional, attentive, and genuinely caring, especially our driver Karamveer and several guides and representatives. However, South India is an area where QXP can meaningfully improve. Overall, highly recommend!

QXP India was one of the best travel companies that I have worked with. They were organized, responsive and took care of every little detail. Everyone on their on-site team was fabulous. Our drivers were excellent -they kept us safe on the roads, were attentive and supplied us with water and snacks on our long drives. Our on-site contacts were always there to meet us in new locations and ensured that check in’s were smooth and that we were well taken care of. All of the tour guides were super knowledgeable and friendly. QXP India was truly excellent and helped to make our trip to India so special and memorable!!

Qxp India did an amazing job helping to plan our trip, booking our hotels, and making sure we were well taken care of while we were on our trip. They met us at the airport, made sure we were always where we needed to be, and even assisted when one of us got sick and needed medication. Highly recommend this friendly, thorough company!!

From start to finish, the team at QXP were incredibly friendly and supportive. They really got involved in shaping the itinerary, offering thoughtful suggestions that reflected their deep knowledge of the local situation — which made the whole tour flow beautifully.

We booked an 8-day Sri Lanka tour package with QXP India for my 50th birthday in May 2025, and it was absolutely spot on from start to finish.

From the moment we arrived, QXP went above and beyond. The surprise "Happy Birthday" sign at arrival and the unexpected birthday cake at our first hotel were incredibly thoughtful touches that made the milestone celebration even more special.

Our driver, Lalit, was a true gem. His knowledge of the country and enthusiasm enhanced our trip.

QXP's recommendation of Nyne Hotels Landesi in Galle was pure luxury, absolutely stunning and perfectly chosen for our tastes.

The cooking class at Angara Home Cookery Class was a highlight we'll treasure forever.
So was our game drive in Yala National Park, where our guide managed to let us see leopards and a musk bear on top of elephants, water buffalos and a multitude of birds.

Even the small details impressed us, wifi in the car, complimentary water, soft drinks and snacks made every travel day comfortable.

QXP India delivered a flawless Sri Lankan Adventure that exceeded every expectation. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a perfectly organised, tailor made luxury travel experience.

With QXP’s expert help, my family and I (8 of us) enjoyed two memorable holidays in India: Delhi-based in April 2024 and Mumbai-based in December 2024. On arrival from London we were met at the airport by a QXP rep who accompanied us to our accommodation and made sure we were comfortably settled. Mobile phones were provided so we could keep in touch wherever we were. That in particular was greatly appreciated. On both trips everything went without a hitch. Excellent service.
