Paint mixing problem
Ordered mixed Dulux trade paint in Blissful Blue. No problem with delivery but when using the paint a nightmare! I've no idea whether there is an issue with your mixing machine or just didn't mix it properly. When putting it on the wall I get crystals of purple which streak and took me twice the time to finish the customers job. Had to really roll it hard to mix the crystals into the paint. Not impressed probably lost a days work!

Paint product were ok but delivery shocking! Wasted two days waiting for DHL to deliver it. Each day got messages saying delivery expected between so and so and no delivery made… as signature was required I have spent two days waiting till finally turned up

We are very sorry to hear you were disappointed with the delivery time for your order.
However, we would like to clarify that it was for a special-order item, Farrow & Ball Limewash, which cannot be kept in stock due to its short shelf life, and so had to be ordered in specially from Farrow & Ball for you.
The product does have a note on our website to say it may have a delayed delivery time, and our customer service representative had called to let you know we would have to be ordering it in for you.
We had dispatched your order to you as soon as we received it from Farrow & Ball, but it is our understanding that there was a further delay with the courier which caused an additional delay. This was highly irregular and unfortunate, as 99% of our orders are delivered by Fedex next working day.
We appreciate your business and are always working to make our lead times and communications as clear as possible. We will be looking into how we can update our basket/ checkout to clearly identify items with additional delivery times, as well as investigating how we can improve our messaging for goods on backorder.
