I bought pair of sandals
I bought pair of sandals. I thought I was buying the shoes from a danish store, since the bottom of their website, says Skindergade in Copenhagen. When I talked to the service employee, she told me, that the long shipping period, indicated that the shoes would be sent from abroad. What a load of crap. The shipping period, could just as well, indicate a long process in the shipping department in Denmark.
First of all, the sandals were shipped from China, wich is not something they mention on their website at all. The quality they described, concerning the sandal, is not correct at all. I got very cheap quality with a plastic sole. Really cheap looking too. And in different colors than the pictures show. I've been trying to send pictures to Rabatshop.dk, and telling them, that not only is the quality totally different, from what they write, but it also looks completely different. No matter what I said, they would not give me my money back, because I bought the shoes at a discount. By the way, the shoes are always on sale - at least all the times I have checked.
I will not recommend buying anything from this company. A total scam business.
To top it all off, they just sent an email to their customers, advertising the sandals I complained about, still telling their customers, that the quality is amazing. Can you believe it?
