Sketchy website full of spelling errors. I ordered a harness and got a junk email saying I need to send them some random numbers or the order’s going to be canceled. Absolutely zero explanation on what on earth this meant and contacted by several different emails after submitting a customer service inquiry. They ended up canceling my order no warning or assistance in fixing whatever was wrong at all. Just a creepy situation that I have never experienced buying anything else before. If something is wrong with the order how about not taking my money and implementing some sort of system to change whatever is “incorrect”. 100% do not recommend.

I chose the rabbitgoo dog harness for my Shiba Inu's first harness, and it fits my dog perfectly. To my surprise, it has already lasted for two years and looks like it will safely make it through a third year. When I get my second dog, I'll probably choose a rabbitgoo harness again.

I bought a roll of Rabbitgoo window film to make a ground floor bedroom window private. The instructions for fitting it are included in the roll. I am a very competent and experienced DIY er, but I found that fitting this stuff, as directed in the instructions, was very difficult. It is supposed to stick to the window glass by simply wetting the window and the film, but once fitted, it curls off at the edges with no way of making it stay there. Best to buy a product that uses proper adhesive.

Well made harnesses, I have a young collie who is too enthusiastic when it’s walkies time. Definitely more control with the harness but it isn’t a miracle cure, it’s more about training than the equipment used. Unfortunately there was an issue with a broken fastener, I contacted their customer service department who were extremely helpful, resolved the issue very satisfactorily. *****THIS IS HOW CUSTOMER SERVICE SHOULD BE DONE***** Well done to Mia and thank you so much for your help.

If there was a 0 on here I would have chosen it. Bought rabbitgoo harness for my 6 month old Labrador. Took him for a walk great. Got home and left him 2 mins with harness still on while I answered the front door In that short time he had chewed through it. It’s now in the bin. What a complete waste of money

We bought a Rabbitgoo anti-pulling harness for our puppy (who seems to be immune to choker collars!).

It feels like a well-made, quality product, and it's had a noticeable effect on her pulling. Definitely a good buy
