I purchased the Racechip S for my 2020 Veloster Turbo DCT for an improvement in performance and driveability. It lived up to ALL my expectations....easy to install with very good instructions. After two days of driving, my car became a completely different animal. Boost came on much sooner, acceleration gains were incredible. Overall, I am VERY pleased with my Race Chip Experience. Buy one, you will NOT be disappointed, despite some of the NEGATIVE posts on Youtube. Don't believe the "naysayers" !!

I had the tune installed within 10 minutes and it runs flawlessly. Packaging was equivalent to that of an Apple iPhone and shipping was within 2 days to the US.

My Porsche Panamera turbo S according to the “laws of the land”, could never really live regularly its potential, legally that is. Speed limits being one of those laws! However, how fast the car is able to get to that “speed limit” is really subject to interpretation.. another words, for some people being alerted to something on the road either in front of them, behind them, or to the side of them,driving rather quickly in pursuit to that speed limit, or in pursuit to obey the law, they could define as perhaps reckless.. maybe cause it’s just something their eyes aren’t prepared for or use to! Generally speaking.... my car, as pointed out above, more specifically, is, or can be the cause of this result. For all intent and purposes, although not my intended result ultimately. Certainly, the initial puporse/intention, “ need for speed “ before, if ever actually breaking it, is purposed!
In summary, all n all,to simplify what I’m trying to say here is this: once I installed this “race tuning chip”, everything I have just explained is not plausible! it’s not practical! there’s no way I can make real sense out of it,or explain to those that enforce the law, even if I was still within the limits of the law, that the speed (for lack of better words) that my car was now displaying could be interpreted as being in anyway of this earth, practical reasonable and justifiable!! BECAUSE IT WAS NOT!! My car is now out of control(but in a controlled way don’t get me wrong) it’s undrivable(but in a drivable way please understand) and uh that is all!
Last but not least aside from all the very great aspects of it helping your car and your engine and for long and life of the car economically,when it comes to speed and being faster, if you so choose to put it in that mode,forget about it!!!😁 what amazing technology, imagine in the years to come, what “RaceChip” will come out with?? Now that will be against the “laws of the land” I am positive!😂

Racechip is very professional service and brand with a great product that’s easy to install. Although I ended up returning my product they were very cordial about it and customer service throughout my experience from selecting the right product thru my return has been very good. I would recommend them to anyone.

I own a 2018 BMW 430i. I had the Dinan performance module in already and it made a difference but it was only around a 20hp gain. I then read about the GTS Black with claims of a 66 hp gain for my vehicle. I purchased the GTS Black and I also purchased the XLR throttle tuner for the pedal box to go with it.
The install on both were fairly easy. The only thing I had an issue with was removing the pedal box to install the XLR. I didn’t know what the correct way to pull it out as there were no instructions to remove it. The directions completely skipped over the pedal box removal which can be tricky as there are wires and it’s plastic so one wrong pull or twist can lead to issues. It was in there really tight and it took a lot of stopping and trying to figure out the release point. I finally worked it free with out bending or breaking the pedal box or the metal tabs it hooks under.
Once both were installed the app was easy. Both the GTS Black and XLR are controlled at the same time by the app. The only issue there is if you want your XLR to be on Sport and GTS black to be on Race you can’t. They both have to be on the same mode. I then set the warm up timer and set the mode to Race and drove my two minutes before giving it full throttle.
When I finally got on it it was a totally different car. It went from an “executive” sporty car to a suck you into your seat “petrol head” car. The throttle response was immediate my head snapped back and I felt myself get pulled into the drivers seat. This all from a 2.0 liter turbo! I plan on getting it dyno’d to see what the total hp is as I have aftermarket exhaust and air intake as well. I also installed a solid aluminum turbo inlet pipe as the stock is plastic and could eventually crack if you boost the turbo pressure.
I cant say if I went from 248hp to 316hp but There is quit a gain in performance. I would definitely recommend Race chips products!

Race chip did delivered! A phenomenal device with multiple settings all enhancing my vehicles performance. Directly after install they were noticeable gains in both power and torque to my Volkswagen Jetta 1.4 L T.

Great experience with the Racechip for my Audi Q5 hybrid. Performed as stated, and also terrific customer service (quick response and took care of my questions and concerns).

I can honestly say that I got both an increase in power AND improved mileage so far! The installation was pretty simple but, finding a spot to mount the unit (away from heat) is tough in a small car. There is still periodic disconnection with my phone app but, all in all my experience has been positive! I'd do it again!

Great results! My car definitely definitely is faster and received an HP boost as measured through time trials. I bought the GTS black racechip and mobile app for my US model 2016 BMW 228i. The instructions were easy to follow (I used a Youtube video) and the app linked easily and seamlessly to my racechip. The customer service was helpful although I am very disappointed the engine warranty only runs for cars with up to 48k miles but that is stated on the website.

Bought my teenage son a 2020 Honda Civic HB Sport 1.5L Turbo. He is unaware of the race chip and its my little secret to have some fun when I’m driving. I set it to ECO mode when he’s driving via my iPhone app and then to RACE mode when I take it out for a fun run. Good times! Great device and tech!

Expensive but gives you the performance improvements in torque.

The RaceChip is amazing and has far exceeded my expectations! My BMW X3M Competition's overall performance, power, acceleration, and shifting has been greatly improved! I plan to install a RaceChip in every vehicle I own from now on!

Purchased this for my son's 2016 Veloster Turbo this Christmas. It was a simple installation and the end results far exceeded my expectations. Truth be told it's now scary fast.

All and all the product works well. It was triggering a check engine light but I emailed support and Tobias was quick to respond and sent me an updated tune and all has been great sense.
