No delivery, no response, no service.
I've been really disappointed with this company. I decided to buy a camera for my daughter for Christmas and wanted to use an Aussie company rather than a mega giant such as Amazon. At first I had no reply. Then after more emails, I received a curt reply that my order came too close to Christmas. I explained that I hadn't seen the message but asked whether I would still receive delivery. I received a reply 12th Jan that delivery would still occur. I've since sent 3 more emails, used their chat, used their feedback form, tried to call (phone number doesn't work) and now wonder whether the company is still afloat. The lack of service is really disappointing and I'm close to contacting Amex to get a refund for lack of delivery. Amex are great with their consumer protection (thank goodness).
