I was on the edge of making a purchase due to the price. Now FedEx is asking for ~$100 for tariff and fees. I tried to take this up with Radiacode and they didn't bother to get back to me. I'm done with this company.

Radiacode makes great, easy to use products. Shipping from Cyprus to the US was super speedy.

Products are always lovely, and if you need support (I have only needed one time) they are very quick to respond.

If in the US, be aware that certain policies today will make you have to pay extra fees after delivery, and Fedex will charge you an aditional $15 for the pleasure. That is not fault of Radiacode, but a cockwork orange.

Ask usual, products are a good source of products for examing radiation related subjects.

Always a quick and easy ordering process, the Radiacode Zero didn’t take long to arrive. The courier was great and I soon had the new unit in my hands. Everything worked as it should have.

Cool, powerful and small device. The mobile app is pretty and well done. Live data and graphs on the phone or watch are super handy.

Would like to have more buttons on it, for an easier navigation, maybe like the Flipper Zero.

Charges, not informing!

Took me a while to figure out the menu system but it works really well. Seems to pick up more particles than my geiger counter i.e is more sensitive. Am still experimenting with it, The software (Windows) and computer connection works very well. I'm very pleased with this device.

I haven't had a chance to detect anything slightly radioactive yet, but the device functionality along the smartphone app or pc software is interesting.

Considering the distance for shipping, it was very fast. The product is easy to use and the android app is even easier to set up. The detail provided by this instrument in the app exceeds many radiation detectors costing thousands of dollars such as the Thermo Scientific Radeye. The readings matched that of my expensive Radeye PRD. The menus are easy to understand and I was able to operate the and set uo the unit without really looking at the manual. It's small, light, and easy to carry around without attracting a lot of attention. I ordered the rubber protective case which fits like a glove. There are lots of online videos to learn about this unit in comparison to others and I recommend you see them. The sensitivity is quite amazing and it responds very quickly when in the presence of increased radioactivity. My model, the 110, has a very large crystal which greatly increases sensitivity. For the price I don't think you will be disappointed at all and will probably be pleasantly surprised.

Customer support was responsive and very helpful, especially when arranging a courier pickup to Serbia. They were flexible and accommodating, making it possible for me to organize the shipment via FedEx without any issues.
The ordering process was smooth, and all instructions were clear. The package was prepared on time and handed over to the courier exactly as agreed.
Shipping and customs clearance went smoothly, and the device arrived safely and well packaged. The product itself works perfectly and meets expectations.

Ordered the wrong product because their marketing is piss-poor at highlighting that their new product, the Zero DOES NOT SUPPORT SPECTROMETRY LIKE THE REST OF THEIR LINE, although it it one of their most expensive products currently available.
They offered to send me the lowest tier radiacode in exchange ($75 USD cheaper). I offered to pay more to get a higher tier Radiacode and they ghosted me.

Don't expect the customer service you get from virtually every other company who is still in business. You likely will not get it.

In terms of the Radiacode Zero itself, it works and seems of high quality. It just doesn't have many features. Dosimetry only - no spectroscopy/spectrometry. I don't recommend that model unless you really believe you will be in the midst of a radiological event.

I purchased the Radiacode 110 through the review made by the You Tube channel "Project 326" who rated the product very highly.
I bought directly from Radiacode and the purchasing process was very easy and the product arrived extremely well packed in a good quality box.
The device when held in the hand is sturdy and well made. The PDF instructions on the device are also well written and help a novice like myself get started.
I have installed both the PC software and the android version with the mobile phone receiving the most use so far. I like the mapping software and now take this device with me on my travels (nothing shocking so far).
I haven't used the product enough to offer a technical review but I am very pleased with the quality, the ease of use provided by the Android software.
One of my reasons for purchasing the Radiacode 110 was the sensitivity, I can, if necessary test the food my family eat. It may not necessarily solve the issue but then again, it might.

Great toy, yet it feels as though you are "playing" with a very serious scientific instrument. It is easy to use, quite precise, and enables many attractive experiments. Mapping is particularly interesting. I have mapped many parts of the local area (up to hundred kilometres) in just a few weeks. On one hiking trip, I found a substantial increase in the background. Since it was 15 km from the closed uranium mine, I am sure there must be some uranium ore nearby. Of course, I had no time to collect a proper spectrum.
Ideal for curious individuals, from future (or current) students of physics, chemistry, materials science, and related fields, to retired scientists and experts in various professions. I believe that using this instrument in schools would also be very interesting.

Everything went in a professional manner. The device works absolutely fine.. it arrived very quickly.. 10/10
