​🚨 SCAM ALERT: Radiant Digital Service (Pooja IPTV Provider)

Alias/Agent: Pooja (Indian IPTV Provider)
The Scam: Sells long-term subscriptions, cuts off service prematurely, and demands more money to reconnect.
​Review & Experience:
I am writing this to warn the community to be extremely careful before doing business with this provider. I purchased a two-year subscription on July 18, 2025, paying $150 upfront.
​Instead of receiving the service I paid for, my connection is completely disconnected every two months. When you contact support, the agent ("Pooja") is incredibly hostile and mean. She refuses to pick up phone calls, falsely claims the issues are from a "previous employer," and insists that I must renew and pay all over again to get my service back. She claims she spoke to a manager but refuses to provide any manager contact details or a real website.
​Warning to others: Before taking any connection from an IPTV provider, demand their official website and make sure they are genuine. Never buy a long-term package upfront.

A fraudulent charge appeared on my bank account with radiant credit union this morning. I tried to contact CSPAY.ORG to no avail tried to call and tried to chat nothing didn't even get someone to call me back
I went to the bank to report the fraud and all they did was give me a print out of the charges and a flyer telling me to call and report it so I called the clerk kept asking me about a number ending in 46 I've never had that number and refused to take my report I gave up this bank is worthless a do nothing bank the two charges were 18.69$ today and the other on the 15 of April for 1.00 both costing me 40$ over draft charges each
My advise is to stay away from this bank they are worthless and deceptive plain out and out right lies the call center is rude and unprofessional helpful
I reported it to the sheriff office and was told it's felony bank fraud false use of a debit card and the bank does nothing

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK

Their team members were always terribly showing their dominance over our team, and we find it really disrespectful and rude. The collaboration with them was a disaster, and our manager decided to back out from teaming up with the company.
