We contacted RadiantBiz, a company positioning itself as a leading business setup consultant in Dubai, on May 6, 2026, regarding company formation in the UAE.

Aggressive sales instead of consultation

From the first contact, a RadiantBiz manager named Josie began pressuring us to close the deal immediately: urgent discounts, limited-time offers, "only now and only for you." Over 11 days of communication, she texted and called us 74 times through every possible messaging app—WhatsApp, Telegram, email—not giving us a chance to think things through.

We made our position clear from the start: we would pay the deposit, but we would begin company registration later. The pressure continued. Ultimately, we paid $3,000 as a "reservation payment to secure the discount" for a business setup in Dubai. We were not informed, either verbally or in writing, that the amount was non-refundable.

Overbilling and a Red Flag

Immediately after payment, RadiantBiz sent us a $16,000 invoice for company formation in the UAE, despite the market price for a similar service being $5,000–$8,000. This was the final warning sign for us: the manager's aggressive behavior, coupled with a price twice the market value, made it clear that building a long-term partnership with RadiantBiz was impossible.

On May 17, 2026, we officially notified RadiantBiz of the termination of our partnership and demanded a full refund of $3,000.

Refund Manipulation

In response to our request, RadiantBiz sent three consecutive emails:

• Email 1: Complete refusal. References to "onboarding," "compliance checks," and "resource allocation"—without a single supporting document.
• Email 2: Offer to return $1,500 as a "goodwill gesture."
• Letter 3: Offer to return only $1,000.

Each of our letters demanding a full refund reduced the offered amount. This isn't a coincidence—it's a tactic.

Result

Today is June 23, 2026. More than five weeks have passed since the official request. RadiantBiz is withholding $3,000 without any justification. No real work has been done to set up the business—not a single document has been submitted from us, and the company registration process in the UAE has never begun.

If you're looking for a business start-up consultant in Dubai or considering RadiantBiz for company formation in the UAE, review the contract down to the fine print, don't make an advance payment under pressure, and compare prices with the market before signing anything.

Getting company on Board, they are very fast and professionals. But again not transparent. All Other charges are not mentioned in time of registration of company. Again for renew and Audit, charges are high. I end of negotiate very hard and job done.
So pls negotiate charges before u jst pay or check with others as well.
