I didn’t know what to expect as never used this kind of luggage storage before. This one is located in a hotel which feels secure. The staff were quick and polite. The luggage is locked in a secure cage. Pick up was straight forward too. I will be using radical storage again.

We couldn't leave our bags there
We couldn't leave our bags there, in Cape Town. It's a totally unsafe place, where anyone could access the bags and take them. There were no lockers, no shelves, no security. We couldn't trust them. Even the taxi driver who was with us totally advised us not to leave them there. This caused us a major inconvenience because we had a guided tour booked and we had to carry our two large bags. This service is a real scam.

Good service. Just be good to know that you have to carry luggage up a narrow flight of stairs in the barber shop for their storage.
This was not expected. Overall thou the owner was lovely and our luggage was safe.

Shop was shut the they cancelled new booking
The original location I was set to drop my bags off was closed when I got there. After speaking to customer service they arranged a new location across town. I asked for my money back for the inconvenience and then they cancelled the new booking, again without telling me.
